Im hardly an elite player, but starting 2 less than cap classes will 100 paragon or less I am able with just random full sets to be doing 35 to 40 G rifts with gems at level 10 to 15 or less.
This stuff isnt cubed, ancient or anything, just run of the mill set drops and Im powering pretty hard and also built conservatively as Im testing HC builds on softcore.
100% uptime on WotB along with ancients and set damage bonus is rediculous and easy to achieve
Torment X will no longer be an achievement but the norm.
They reduced single, two and threw player monster health by a lot. Which is making people feel more powerful than in 2.3 with the same gear sets.
Have you seen the new bonuses? 250% more damage with Ancients and WotB active and its easy to have 100% uptime with both
50% more damage with each Mystic Ally with a possible 7 total Allies active.
Massively reduced monster HP as well?
The game has to continue to give more power or there is no progression.... its the only way to keep it alive for long term players.... e.g. last season hitting mid 50 GR was hard for me - now it's mid 60- next one might be 80 because u have a point that the buffs seem large on the PTR at this stage.... I content with the progression

Welcome to every D3 patch. It's called "power creep" but with this game it's more of a power stampede. Every patch provides builds are are ridiculously OP compared to the previous patch's builds.

they aren't that big. The biggest thing this season is getting full 6pc in 10-30m after hitting 70. Lvl 70 = 2pc, T2 Kulle = 4pc, and GR 20 = 6pc. And GR20 is gonna be a joke for most classes with 4set alrdy.
I mean unless you play like sub 40 hours in a whole season GR 60 is a joke. I literally did GR 62 41 hours into S4 start time on my barb.

Well top build was GR78 or so and looks like top builds on PTR are around low GR80s. So I mean if anything they just brought more builds in line with a bit of power creep. Not nearly as much as people make it out to be.

As of right now on the PTR it's hardly OP. each season we need to top our best GR from the previous season otherwise who wants to play. it's the higher GR that's makes me want to play.

I don't think there is even such a thing as 'too op' with the way this game is designed now.
