I have just found this image, which confirms that the 5th class will be announced on Blizzcon 2010, after the Opening Ceremony at 12pm-1pm (PST).

Proof:

We are all expecting it to be .. but I wouldnt link it to that title .. that could be anything really.

As said, not necessarily. It might just be a different name for Gameplay section. As in the hero being the player, not a specific class.

Although we kinda already expect the class to be revealed there.

What else could be? Tyrael on a new trailer? I don't think so.

It doesn't say NEW hero, it only says hero.
