1. When i play solo in range outside my "window" will mobs i aggroed still follow/trying to attack me? I think to know, that you can outrange mobs.. but at wich point..and is there a difference in playmode.. like GR vs normal Rifts?
2. Does Mobs for the whole durations from Dots Allways take dmg, even when i dont have them in my "window" or even outranged them?
1) Some mobs stay behind if you move away 3 yards from them. Especially some high-progress mobs that you really really want to group up are sometimes just like "meh, he's gone" when you are 5 yards behind them. Some other mobs that are really nasty and you want to get rid of (Ghosts, Soul Lashers) will follow you even if you speed run across the entire map.
Well, of course that's an exaggeration combined with a tiny rant But it's somewhat true: some mobs follow you over great distances, some stay behind very easily. In general, if you manage to "outrun" them so that they are 1.5 - 2 screens behind, most mobs tend to forget about you. It depends on your speed (Dashing Strike/Teleport/Horse/... all those abilities help), and the mob's speed (Soul Lashers are incredibly fast and almost impossible to outrun, Unburied are very slow but tend to follow for a long time, many zombies are slow and will not follow a lot). You can't generalize, and you need to learn which mobs you can skip and which you need to fight. Best way is to get mobs "stuck" in a door or on stairs by having other, slow mobs blocking them. Again, doesn't work for ghosts because they go through walls.
2) I think for most dots that doesn't work anymore. It used to work but was fixed in S2 I believe, when wizards could just "dot" everything with the Firebird's burn. Again, about 1.5 screens or so and the dots might fall off. But not sure that's true for all dots. Blizzard tends to stealth change many of those mechanics all the time.
Hi, I have 2 Question:

I would love to hear this..
