First off, I am not trying to make it seem like they did nothing wrong. I am just reviewing the sets and putting in suggestions. secondly i would like to thank paulacid for helping me grammar check this and make it look better
SEEKER OF THE LIGHT
What I like most:
I like the fact that we can use blessed hammer finally
What I like the least:
Falling sword - I dont like the animation of falling sword. It takes too long and the only use for it now is to get damage reduction. You also lose Taeguk stacks.
How I feel about the play-style:
When fully equipped i like the fact that we can use hammers but as I said above I don't like falling sword. I do use provoke a lot to gain wrath and damage reduction.
Approximate power level:
Well right now it is close but not as powerful as Rolands. It is above akkhans but is in Rolands' dust. The issue lies behind the falling sword mechanic and the four piece set bonus because when you use falling sword it take like 4 seconds for cut-scene to end then you cant cast anything for like 2 seconds. Then you only have the buff for like 4 seconds which is not enough. In my opinion they need to fix this soon.
The belt on seasons looks cool but will it have a specific rune attached or will we be having a dead key like monks are having right now? The highest difficulty i have done without deaths every 2 seconds is torment 8 which i was able to effectively farm bounties at with a few deaths but not too many. I was able to do a GR46 with good gear and a great rift level and mobs.
Additional comments:
Well in my opinion there are ways that you can fix this and keep falling sword useful.
By keeping 2 piece set bonus but redoing the 4 piece and adding that buff on to the 6 piece. The four piece buff should last a bit longer. You also need to reduce the cost of falling sword because it costs quite a bit. Maybe make it so that the 6 piece bonus increases the falling sword damage by 500% instead of 250% which is too low. I'm critting 4.6b on hammers and like 450m crits on falling sword. The last thing that needs to change, this skill needs to be redone so that the cut scene is significantly reduced so that you don't get frozen after you cast it for a few seconds and you can immediately start casting.
VRS REWORKED
What I like most:
Archon
What I like the least:
Being out of archon
Play style:
The play style is meh. It's kinda fun but it also is not at the same time.
Highest difficulty:
I barely did a 40 with this set and even then I only had like 2 seconds left. This set needs some help. Instead of getting a stack per attack, make it so that it is applied per hit. Also make it so that instead of 6% damage per stack, make it so you gain 10% damage per stack. That way instead of 300% damage going into archon, you get 500%.
How it compares:
This set does not compare to any of the other wizard sets at all Tal Rashas still leaves everything in the dust.
Additional comments:
It just needs a little tuning up to make it easy to use and on par with Tal Rasha.
ULLIANNA'S STRATAGEM
What I like most:
SEVEN SIDED STRIKE
What I like least:
Exploding palm (I'll explain)
Play style:
The play style is awesome! It's fun just attacking, punching things, applying exploding palm and seven sided striking then watching them explode.
Highest grift:
The highest grift i achieved is a 47 with this set. Tthe only thing stopping me from going higher is the fact that I didn't want to play monk any more. I played torment 8 because it was the only thing I could get into.
Additional comments:
I think that the damage needs to be buffed a bit so it is close to on par with dashing strike monk. Maybe instead of increase damage of primary skills by 300%, increase it to 500%. Also why i dislike exploding palm: THERE IS NO RUNE ATTACHED! So i am stuck with a dead key to assign a rune. Otherwise exploding palm kinda sucks, but having a dead key is almost worst. A suggestion is to either assign a rune to exploding palm or make it so that the rune is assigned as the one of your highest elemental damage.
ITEM CHANGE SUGGESTIONS: Rimeheart: i think that the proc rate needs to be increased so that people will actually use it.
I'd like to see them overhaul the legendary gem acquisition, storage, and leveling process in 2.3. Similar to how the heirloom tab is on WoW. But that'll possibly be for another patch. So far, everything seems pretty solid and fun. Your post brings in an interesting viewpoint. Especially about the new monk set, where E.P. feels like a dead key, and how Crusaders lose Taeguk stacks when using Falling Sword.
Hopefully these are things they'll look into.
Also, with the changes to CC, I feel as if Raekor is going to need a buff in some areas. Perhaps finally an excuse to remove and replace the current 2piece.
Edit** I'd also like to see them update the Torment difficulty reward information. Like how organs are 100% on t6, caches give a guaranteed legendary on t6, etc. Things like that.
i agree with all that too i think they will fix lvl process in a different patch though and yes i do want them to specify reward bonuses on new torment lvls and in my opinion they need to lower the cc cap mobs can take from what do they ave it at 95% maybe bring it down to 75% so we can stun mobs still that and so we don't lose the point of some of the items that add point to cc
yes this is just me and a couple other peoples opinion also this was as of a few days ago people are still figuring this set out but they are using only 2 piece and 6 piece on the new set i meant with using all bonuses like people with rolands are using
I'd probably throw in there about WW Barb set that Rend feels clunky compared to the play style.
Can't help but feel that Overpower would be a more suitable skill so you don't need to break WW (I could be mistaken but I think Blizz have actually said they designed the set this way, so you have to stop every now and then to Rend but I don't rate it).
i agree too the only reason i didn't feel compelled to comment on barbs is cuz i have not gotten the time to be able to test them on ptr but i do agree rend is too clunky kinda like falling sword with seeker of the light set
Diablofans is a fan site, just like MMO-Champion for WoW. Blizzard employees may well post here, but they will not make themselves known to be employees of blizzard. Post your suggestions on the official forums if you want more of a chance of them being seen.
i did post it on official forums but so many other posts there i didnt get seen and i wasnt gonna copy and spam this over and over

You have to believe Blizzard reads everything, they state it enough times. Ultimately impossible for them to respond to everything though.
yah i guess so but does any1 else have any suggestions for them to fix next ptr patch i can edit the original post it to add those ideas and maybe make a blizz tracker post if i find out how
Qnybody know how to make a blizz tracker post like the ones that blues post on like complaints so I can post this so that they will definately read this

so does anyone think that blizz will actually patch these issues or what?
Umm, Rolands, didn't leave Seeker of the Light in the dust.....
On the PTR it was #1 for solo GR and Roland was #2...
I would say they are pretty equal.
yes this is just me and a couple other peoples opinion also this was as of a few days ago people are still figuring this set out but they are using only 2 piece and 6 piece on the new set i meant with using all bonuses like people with rolands are using
any1 know how to make a blue post so blizz will see this
Only Blizzard employees can make a blue post, and they don't tend to lurk around this website
Actually, I think they do. I've seen a couple of Blizzard folks posting earlier.
I think we spotted one, kill it and eat it's heart before it escapes!
I like your suggestions.
