Quote fromBandyto Wow, I have not seen such an arrogant and ignorant post for a very long time in these forums. These pseudo-statistical assumptions (9 out of 10, 300-800 hours average etc.) in combination with this egocentric point of view are just disgusting. It seems like your "world" consists of: "What I do is right, everyone who does it not like me does it wrong." Glad to hear that it is quite simple and that you have been playing over 1.000 hours on Wizard since the RoS release althoughyesterday you claimed that you had been playing 946 hours since the release,i.e.over 54 hours within approximately 24 hours. I wish I would be as great as you are and I could swim in a sea of Wohs.
If you were to have read all my posts, you'd know im multiboxing. I have 965 hours on main account. 429 and 408 on alts. Thats about 1800 playtime in total.
Its not pseudo, its called stasticial math, and YES, I'm right, because MATH has ONLY ONE ANSWER, JUST ONE. Its not like 2+2 =4 for me and 2+2 = 5 for you, no? .. huh. Your the one who don't check up on stuff before posting, not me. Get your fact right or dont say anything. Simple as that.
And if you even spend any time reading my posts, you'd know you can ALWAYS add me; Drahque#1198, if you don't believe me. I can prove anything I say. I have no reasons to make up things, lie or not tell the truth.
So, you are multiboxing which is not officially supported by Blizzard and potentially includes the usage of not allowed third party software in order to play multiple characters, i.e. Wizards, simultaneously, summarize the played hours, compare these numbers with non-multiboxers and claim they might do not play enough respectively tell them to play more (and in some posts how they should play).
This is a highly questionable method. Diablo III is designed for non-multiboxing play.
AGAIN, you state things thats NOT true. You REALLY need to check up on your facts before you speak .. oh God, yet again I have to correct you. Listen carefully, MULTI-BOXING IS not against the rules, as long as:
a) It isn't automated (which means bot or that the program do something for you that you didnt do yourself, such as automatically use potion at 20 % hp or that they would follow eachother due to color etc. which Isboxer does NOT contain. There is NO automation in ISBoxer).
The program reads the RAM of the game and use that info. ISBoxer does NOT do that as well.
Thoose, Multi-Boxing IS ALLOWED, because its me controlling 3 chars with my KEYBOARD AND MOUSE. Its my movements, mistakes, press on spells etc. that I do. Multiboxing has a lot of extra work aswell.
Now for your other statement, that im comparing. Yes, I can compare 1800 hours, 4 wohs to others. It makes no difference if its 1, 2, 3 or 4 chars you have. Except that it goes "faster" with more. But the thing is, 3 if the wohs I found WITHOUT multi-boxing. 2 of them before I started and 1 while boosting on main.
Yes, 900 hours, 3 wand of wohs IS lucky. But people who have 100 or 200 hours played as wizard, and whines not to have a Woh, obviously have NOT spend enough time. Just considering 1800 / 4 = 450 hours, and including my luck and basic statistical calculations it takes on average at least 500-800 hours. There is another topic on this very forum doing the math for you and I think I've already repeated enough now. Literally just shush, if you don't know stuff. Stop making up untrue statements. Your obviously just butthurt.
I did not say with a single word that multiboxing is forbidden or illegal (see "not officially supported") and I did not say that you are using not allowed third party software (see "potentially") but according to your extensive reaction including sweet caps lock it seems to me that I have hit a sensitive point here.
In addition, the point is about being "faster" because some players argue about the speed of item progression. I do not want to commentate if item progression is fine or not but you are definitely faster as a multiboxer and therefore your numbers are hardly comparable with non-multiboxers in terms of item progression during real time.
Thanks for worrying about my butt. I was just in the bathroom and it works like a charm. How is your butt today? Everything fine?
multiboxing, is feeding 1 toon with the chances of drops x4, learn wtf your on about before you open your mouth. I play 1 toon with the standard amount of drop chances, you play 4 thus giving 1 toon (the main of the 4) x4 chances on drops. Go play 1 toon and keep your crap comments to yourself please.
This thread is not about multiboxing. Stop derailing the topic. Also, stop any sort of personal attacks on "my playtime versus your playtime and my WoW droprate versus your WoW droprate". Use the private message feature for your personal fights, or even better, just close your browser and cool down.

rolled low DPS but a good INT roll and it has 10% CDR on it! I rolled the socket temporarily, I'll reroll the socket to +10% Damage in 2.1 to get a better DPS on the Woh and really be living large then.
