I don't like it. The key to a successful wizard on Live right now is to pick one element and stack the hell out of %damage affixes. If you're going to run Orb, get cold blooded and +% cold damage. If you're going to Run Disintegrate/Torrent or Archon, stack Arcane damage. Specialization is the key.
Yeah, in general I agree to Venaliter that it would be better to match elements, at least until RoS and the arrival of Elemental Exposure.
But I guess if you don't have any good elemental bracers, it's not imperative to use only one element, so why not give it a shot. Looks like an interesting build that has Archon and FO for downtime, a good trade off. Question: since you're using Siphoning Blades and Prodigy, are you able to do this without a lot of APoC?
It was something different from everyone else, also seen that SB gave you 2 per hit on each monster.. so i thought id try it out and just decided to like it.
That's my current build. I'm open to suggestions. I know my toughness is a little low, but I do fine in t5 assuming nothing beats on me for too long. Arcane power management is not an issue.

if you had Apoc this build would work soo much better
Another reason why i run Power Hungry as a the Passive, so i can get the free casts from health globes
