Most of my gear is trash,so i dont know where to start.Im farming act3 on monsterpower 2 pretty easily as archon wizzy. But maybe it will be beter to reroll CM,buy some core items and try higher MP.
Well, it's true that 200m won't get you as high as CMWW, but farming 100 paragon level with CMWW will most definitely also drive you insane. You'll probably smash 3 keyboards along the way and those are more expensive than the equivalent of 200m gold ;-)
I built an Archon set for a friend of mine yesterday in ~10 minutes (I had to rush, usually I would take more time) and for ~40m I got him to MP5 without a problem. Another friend of mine did the same and spent a bit more time on the AH and got his paragon 0 Archon MP5 ready for 19m. So I think with 200m you can probably get to MP6. For MP7 or higher you need to get some really good deals.
It kind of depends on what you wanna do. For solo farming paragon I really wouldn't go CMWW but Archon. Watch Jaetch's video guide, buy a set, you'll have lots of fun running through MP6 and along the way you might find some items to improve your gear to be able to access higher MP levels. If you wanna play mostly in groups, you can just go CMWW as well - see Loroese's guide for that. Once you've settled on a spec, you should gear that way. Don't try to gear for both, because for many items you have to make choices that exclude either spec. Once you've made a decision and first steps into your new gear, and you've watched/read the guide(s), I think most of your questions will have been answered themselves. ;-)
I don't know, for 200M I think he should be able to create a Sleet Storm build capable of running higher than MP5. Maybe even MP8.
I'm using this build right now, but with my gear I'm running on MP10.
See, a 2 handed Skorn-based sleet storm isn't expensive, needs only 1 source of APoC (StormCrow or rare hat with 10 APoC) and in general survival gear to boost to 800~ resists and 4k armor. If you don't want to stack Critical Damage along with critical chance, the gear is not expensive at all.
Casual wizard here,i havent played diablo for a long, long time.
Can you guys help me with upgrade advices with my wizard:

But the playstyle doesn't fit everyone.
