That's my build. I didn't even use Force Armor until after the "nerf". It's basically your typical kite build. And honestly, it gets the job done. I havent had any issues with mobs enraging or anything on me.
I'm in the tunnels working my way to do Belial at the moment. I've been using this build since Hell, and on Inferno honestly the mobs just hit harder. You have to move constantly and theres nothing you can do about it really.
I've had a few of those actually. I only had an issue with 1 pack, and it was the fast frog dudes with Vampiric, Vortex, invulnerable minions, and mortar

bet you haven't spent so much time reading those skills then, witch tells me this build aint that though thru by you, you mainly copied from other builds in different ways

My passives are Blur, Galvanizing Ward and Arcane Dynamo
Apparently my passives didn't update, that was my mistake on the calculator. I didn't use Arcane Dynamo until Inferno, before that I used Cold Blooded.
Seeker vs. Piercing Orb is a matter of preference. I like the fact i can use seeker and hydra to shoot around corners safely. Also seeker lets you shoot indiscriminately off screen without having to aim really and it has a really good range... Awesome for when you just teleported out of a wall in or jail and you know them buggers are right on your tail off the edge of the screen
