For me this is the best rune to put in Teleport. I guess it would mean you could spam Teleport numerous (3-5) times before the cooldown begins, but I was wondering if the cooldown counter would reset every time you cast a new Teleport? If it doesn't you would be able to cast Teleport untill you run out of Arcane Power (why do I want to say mana? :D) and that would be imba.
I am sure of that you will be able to spam teleport until you run out of AP of course when you get high lvl and have the runestone. Just like in d2 when you lvl up your sorc equip items and spend some points into energy you can cast many teleports that is what makes this class so powerful in late game you can dodge almost any attack and move speed of lighting while dealing massive amounts of dmg , love wizard and his powers.

I don't think you'll be able to spam teleport with the alabaster rune. It says that "After casting teleport there is a 1.2 second delay before the cooldown begins" I don't Blizz employees are very good at being clear as we all know lol IMO this means "after you cast teleport 'the first time' there is a 1.2 sec delay before cooldown begins"
It's going to do exactly what it says it does, gives you a 2 second window to go teleport happy before the cooldown begins. It doesn't reset anything, otherwise it would just say teleport no longer has a cooldown. Blizzard isn't dumb ya know.

That's because the rune level depicted is now 4 as opposed to the prior 7 (although Blizzard could've also tweaked the numbers as well).
I'm just wondering on the low 1-2 level runes, if we're given say 0.4 seconds, is this even enough to cast a second instant teleport?

I would tend to agree. Making teleport a much better escape skill / "Get the f**k out of dodge" skill.

If you can't spam teleport why shouldn't we be able to go through a wall.
