I totally understand why they will add the cooldown as I use to abuse it myself doing non-stop Mephisto runs and passing through walls, enemies, etc.
However, my question is "Is the sorceress now at a disadvantage to the other classes" I'm not sure about the barbs Leap, but it seems the DH and WD abilities can be spammed one after another (at least it seems that way from the videos). The sorc kind of has to by some time until her TP goes off cooldown almost making it seem like other classes may be able to get through dungeons quicker/safer. Will they allow her tp to still go through walls to compensate for this?
Or am I just flat out wrong? I only have what I have seen in the limited videos to base this on.
I think you cant go over walls, for what i saw on the wiz main video, when she reaches a door she first needs to destroy it and then can tele...but not sure.
Anyway, they probably have this things in cosideration alredy, i doubt they will make a character abel to move faster than the rest...or make one too slow, so the cool down will probably be more or less the same than the other movement spells from the rest of the classes... and if it is longer then it might be compensated with something else.
With the new town portal (I forget the name) do we have to use the way points or is there a way to get back to where you ported from. Similar to how you could go back through your town portal in D2.
Short cooldown (~2secs) with an expensive resource is a good combo or longer cooldown (~8secs) cheap resource but has a rune that can reset the CD for %.

I love all loot fest kind of game! I will be playing all of them for the next few years. Loot fest games I'm looking forward to: LotR: War in the North,Torchlight 2,Borderlands 2 and of course Diablo 3.
from the gameplay videos it appears TP has no cooldown, which i would imagine, i would think the resource cost is high enough that say 3-4 TP's back to back will almost drain you. But blizz has already stated they changed some skills CD's for the arena. If you watch the wizard gameplay trailer there can't be more than like .5 sec CD on it, while the pvp trailer has about an 8 sec CD. I'd rather them keep it that way, almost no CD with high cost in pve, and the short CD in pvp.
