I haven't played D3 in a while, came back recently, and enjoy it a lot now (guess the patches finally clicked). The build I'm using is a bit of a hodge-podge of various ideas I've come across, but I enjoy it, and I hold up fine in Torment IV-V, which seems decent considering I only started playing again.
The Hergbrash means I don't need a signature spell to keep primary up, which supports DR from the Aquila Cuirass.
On regular mobs or elite packs, I throw out black hole with spellsteal, plus a slow time, for crowd control and a bit of extra damage. For bosses, I switch Disintegrate Chaos Nexus to Intensify, and depending on the boss, Glass cannon to Audacity or Unstable Anomaly.
I know the Crown of Primus is not so well regarded by most, but after dropping the signature, and putting BH on RMB, I didn't know what to fill the first spell slot with. I tried Meteor, but didn't get much DPS out of it, and Archon didn't scale well when I used it with the current gear/skills. So when I found the CoP some days ago, Slow time suddenly seemed the most promising -- the combined rune effects of reducing enemy DPS while (slightly) increasing my own seems to be somewhat useful, no?
I admit I'm not really up-to date with the meta game anymore, so I'm wondering which obvious improvements I could make that won't drastically change the playing style (since I enjoy channeling/disintegrate).
In other words: Could you maybe look at my build, and tell me what I could change to improve it (mainly, getting out a bit more DPS), without saying "drop disintegrate"? Basically, any suggestions for organic changes that preserve the main idea of the build (channeling, no signature, relatively static "stand your ground" style), while improving on some aspects?

Any ideas appreciated!
Easiest way to explain is to get sets and more sets. You can still channel with the DMO class set.
