Hey guys, today I want to explain and showcase the mechanics of the new Delsere's Magnum Opus set (also known as the Slow Time set). This is my last PTR 2.2 video since the patch how now landed. I discuss the set bonuses, bubbles everywhere with Gesture of Orpheus, and a crazy synergy with Triumvirate + Arcane Orb, resulting in a 27-34x damage multiplier. Enjoy & discuss!
tl;dr - Trium is up to a 4x multiplier. Slow Time is a 8.5x multiplier. They are all multiplicative with each other and other buffs.
Yea I noticed this. Still, with moderate CDR you should only have to cast once, MAYBE twice to get another Slow Time down. With the old one I demo'd on, the reduction is actually complete overkill.
Might be a dumb question guys, but I logged in and one of mine still has the 69% reduction. I take it any new gestures drop with the new reduction range correct? Just double checking, thanks for any help or clarification.

Has anyone been able to get this build to do anywhere near what a Tals Build can do? I'm able to do GR48 with Tals, but only around GR44 with Arcane orb builds. The only one I have not tried out is a fire variation....
I believe Delsere's has a lot more to show for than what people have been able to display as for now. With well-optimized set-pieces, jewelry, high-lvl gems I believe this build can do wonders. There's no good comparisons out there between fire, arcane, cold or even lightning so it's not easy to say which element is the best. The arcane spells deal huge damage but have low AoE, same with fire. Cold has decent aoe in both MM and orb. Lightning should also be able to some damage changing MM for shock pulse - orb rune and the arcane orb - spark rune which iirc has decent aoe.
I have a lot of theories for this build, and it will be my primary focus for season 3 (atleast for starters). I hope I get to test all four elements as they all have different capabilites. Been testing Tal's for a couple of days now and the more I play the more I resent the playstyle. It's just not for me. I also don't really give a f* if a build bottoms out at GR 50 or 55 as I won't ever be able to invest enough time to reach that lvl anyway.

Legacy items remain as they are. Just newly dropped ones have the changes. Lucky you are! ^^
Correct, you get to keep yours. I hope it's Ancient! Downside is you're stuck with +arcane damage on it.

How many Gesture of Orpheus have I disenchanted... Silly, silly me...
