I got a Stone of Jordan (SoJ) with 16% cold damage, 432 Int and 29% elites, but no % crit chance or % crit damage.
I rolled the Vit (I think) and get 6% crit chance. The point is that if I replace my worst ring with the actual SoJ, I loose 7'1% of total damage.
I am actually playing a Dot WD, with Haunt and Spirit Barriage, so the cold damage of the SoJ is great for me (and the 29% for elites).
I am actually running T1, and have no survival issues, but here come the question:
Must I equip it now or wait for another roll to try to get the % crit damage to loose less total damage?
Each roll costs 9.000.000 for the gem... It is soooo expensive....
neither elitedamage nor cold damage shows up in the sheet dps and they both get added multiplicativly to your damage, meaning that both 16% cold damage and 29% elite damage are better than the sheet damage you are losing on their own.

I love to watch my "teoric" dps (in the char details) growing up from 700k -> 800k -> 900k...
That was the reason because it hurt me to get that number down, the feeling of "progression"...
Thank you very much for the advise!!!
