So i've been wondering that when you proc Spirit Vessel passive, if you have the spell Spirit Walk will you gain its rune effect during the passive proc'd version?
So I have the "Healing Journey" rune effect, does that mean if I take "Fatal Damage" I will enter the spirit realm, heal 10% health and also gain 7% health each second?
Don't think so. The skill has a different name when runed, healing journey you say. Since the passive doesn't say "healing journey" it means the unruned skill.
This is what I thought too, but the rune effects/passives that give you Zombie Dogs still summon you dogs with the rune effect you have chosen for Summon Zombie Dogs. Which is why I am little confused.
if it does work with healing journey that would be awesome. so your guarenteed to have a minimum health of 31% of your maximum. (3 seconds in spirit realm from spirit vessel x7% and 10%). it makes it almost as good as the monks passive, which is a lot more important for him because he will be constantly in melee range and taking insane dmg so this will be pretty much mandatory to have in inferno since its guarenteed you will die A LOT. second chance every 90 seconds pls kthxbai

Slightly off topic... but does anyone know if you can still cast spells while in the spirit realm? This matters a lot in builds that rely on spirit walk with the mana regen rune.

Healing Journey specifically says that "while spiritwalk" not while in the spirit realm.

tooltips arent always 100% reliable. the zombie dog example would prove this. so we will just have to wait and see
