Well they nerf characters to balance the classes. My assumption is that the class can be played better than I'm playing it. Its still early days. Im sure there are combos with the WD that community hasnt caught on 2 yet. Cant wait 2 give it a try.
The fact that you are mad at a nerf, when you've never played in anything but beta, is not only hysterical, it's provably misinformed. I mean cmon Glad, how can you be mad whens there's no basis? Do you know what damage end game weapons will do? Because if you don't, then the nerf could be nothing. Maybe 15% of weapons that will undoubtedly do thousands of damage was way too much.
Plus, I hope you're trolling. If not, quit whinin bud

wow a lot of skills have changed. its going to be mind blowing when they update the skill calc. zombie charger isnt usable in the beta and got a 70% dmg boost. and some other ones. weird

Now I don't like seeing my favorite class get nerfed just like everyone else, but WD and to a lesser extent Wiz were leaps and bounds stronger than everyone else. I've watched my friend play every class. Hell, he died on the DH, and was always low on a monk. Barb was okay, but did less damage than WD and Wiz and had to be in melee to do it.
Too true, I was a little pissed off the monk got nerfed as hard as he did, not gonna lie. Thought he would get a buff in a few areas if anything, but I havent tried him further than beta, so who knows.. The setup of the monk is the most annoying thing though, no more ignoring mantras completely...
I have paid most attention to WD since first looking into the game. The changes seem to balance out the classes and I think with the addition of runes the game becomes far more interesting whilst allowing players to design their toon around their unique playing style. The changes are definitely fairer. Lets hope we get to see some good multiplayer videos with the WD to see how the changes have effected team based play

grown from lvl 1 to 9 so far. nothing has scaled

I know it wont be perfect, but blizzard said no new calculator until next week. It would be nice to be able to see some changes early.
