I really like the way the WD looks, and if you look up some vodoo masks that are used in real tribes some of them are crazy scary. I do however take your bet and raise you 10 that its going to be a very deep south african voice
But For me I think their is to much attention to the looks in games and not enought attention on gameplay these days.

The wd is kind of the new necro in a way. I really hope you will able to amass a formidable army of minions this time in regards to PVP.
Summoned allies should have a degree of intelligence in d3, to the point where you can assign certain actions for them.
It would be nice to see skills for your allies as well, (ie skill, "battle formation") where you can choose offensive or defensive positions, which would in turn have great effect in many scenarios.
another skill could be "body shield" where your minions cling to you/stay close like a bone shield, and mass attack with the click of a button.
Basically I am just hoping that your minions will be a little more flexible and customizable, kind of like individual mercs but with more intricacy, and better AI.
I'm hoping the WD will be able to turn it's enemies in zombies to do it's bidding, it is what witch doctors are known for. The wall of zombies just seems insufficient to me.
I thought the WD was completely out of the blue. I sticks out like a sore thumb among the traditional d2 classes, and almost seems like it should just be a type of enemy. Nonetheless it shoulds till be fun to play.

I was never a big Necro fan (I never even made one past level 10) but I'm really up on the WD. It'll probably be my first class as long as he doesn't speak in gibberish, lol. (I always imagine something like Taz LOL)
I see the WD as a fusion wellmade of the necro and the druid. He has the minions summonings, but has the area effects of elemental damage of the druid.
My first impressions of the WD were not good. I just wasn't that impressed overall. And I generally hate spells/effects/abilities like Mass Confusion and Horrify. But I also love summoning, and we can all agree that this is the Summoning class in D3.
As of right now, I'm planning on trying the WD first. I think his abilities seem a bit more origional and interesting than the Wizards, and although the Barbarian would be tons of initial brutal fun, I think it could get repetitive.
And I really think it'll be nice to try D3 with a completely new and original character. Unlike anytihng that has been done before.
But of course this is bound to change, as more info is released.
Will have to see the other classes. I've played my sorc enough in d2 to last me a lifetime so im probably not gonna go with the wizard. i need to try something new. The barb looks very nice too. i like his new skills.
Yeah, his Leap and Seismic Slam both look really sweet. Its nice to see that they will be mixing up the range at which you'll be attacking with the Barbarian. It can get annoying to have to continually run up right next to your target.
Second of all, something will be overpowered right out of the box. The idea is to find out what that is and play something else. All the new people to diablo will be playing the OP class, get the nerf, then be looking at other classes. Hopefully they'll see a veteran that knows how to build what they're playing. (Should the skill trees be similar of course)
Im guessing the OP class will be the Archer/Rogue or w/e, also assuming that there is a weapon switch and the Rogue can go mb, and the Wizard. Thats how it was in D2 before the expansion and before there was an enigma. The rogue's will be able to rape people at a distance, and the Wizard is able to get a couple spells off, and tele away.
Back on topic, WD looks sweet. The skills looks familiar though. Fire Bomb is obviously a bigger version of the asn skill Fire Blast, Horrify is clearly the barb's Howl spell. And the mind control thing is like the asn's Mind Blast, except it doesnt stun people. Not complaining, I think they all look sick, just making some observations.

Still ha have original stuff, like fire bats and lgue of FROGS. Really, frogs are freaking wicked.
i see a few problems with ur thingy here... first off, the game is called diablo, and some argue that it is incorrect because of its possibly satanistic styles..... and yet they still made 2 and a half of them. #2..... ok..... honestly, its a game... in CoD4 the story is based on us killing Russians, who the USA is not on best of terms with right now. bet ya didnt argue about that did u? i win every game has something politically incorrect with it. BF2, u play as islam killing the US. WoW kills babies. Guild Wars is diablo but in a 3d MMORPG type style, and is based off ancient european mythology.

How about KamakaZombie!!!????
Kamakaze zombies!! You summon them and they run into bad guys and explode dealing some undeadly damage. Woot!
Not like a slow walking zombie, I picture more of a decent paced hobble...
"Losers always whine about their best, winners go home and Fvck the prom queen."
Ah blast you're right! I forgot they exploded...
I just don't think I like the animation when they explode. Oh well, thanks for pointing that out.

I like it, but not very fan.
