Functionality change: Bend Will - Target monster is forced to do the Witch Doctor's bidding until death. Works like Revive, but used against a living target. Max monsters able to be "bent" increases with rune level.
More vulnerable Witch Doctors will resort to their voodoo magic to help turn the tide of an extreme disadvantage in battle. Some have mastered curses that cause enemies to become confused, and fight for them. Although this is obviously helpful, some Witch Doctors look to increase the effectiveness of their new-found allies. Another curse, combined with the confusion curse, grants an extra boost in elemental abilities, allowing the confused victims to wreak absolute havoc. This boost of performance is also effective after the confusion wears off, draining the victims of power and strength, allowing them to be taken down with little effort.
Mass Confusion can be altered with a rune to cause confused enemy attacks to be converted to strictly random element damage (Fire, Ice, Poison, etc.) It also causes them to attack faster. Once the confusion over, the victims have slowed movement, damage, and attack speed.
* Mass Berserk: Increase the damage the enemies do to each other.
* Confusion Ward: Buff yourself with a psychodelic shield. Whenever a enemey attacks you, he has a x% chance of get confused and attack another target (or move away).
* Attract: Curse a single enemy instead. This enemy is not confused, but any enemey in x radius from the cursed foe will be forced to attack him for x seconds.
- Confused for a longer time.
- Confused enemies may be sacrificed and deal damage equal to their health to all enemies within range (not serious, but would be cool)
- Confused enemies have an increased magic find drop rate if killed while under your possession.
- Confused enemies deal poison damage in addition to their normal damage in the form of DOT.
- Confused enemies take damage over time in addition to fighting by your side.
- Confused enemies deal more damage by X%, which is increased by X amount of confused enemies.
Mass Confusion: Incite paranoia in enemies, causing some to fight for the Witch Doctor for X seconds.
