I can't believe your asking that question, are you blind? Your gloves and amulet are completely trash. And neither of your weapons have sockets.
Whats the point of replying to someone who is asking for help, with ridiculously rude replies. So maybe to you its obvious, maybe he doesn't play as much, maybe he isn't as knowledgeable to the things that can help him, maybe he isn't a long time Diablo player. A lot of factors could be leading him to be stuck and ask for help, being blind certainly isn`t one of them. You think his questions are laughable and noobish, then laugh at your desk and move on, don`t bother coming into the thread and put effort into making the guy feel like crap.
Back on topic, your DPS would greatly increase with Critical Hit Damage on your weapons, your gloves could use another offensive stat like Crit Chance or Crit damage to go with the Atk Speed. One of the biggest boosts in DPS could also come from A Witching Hour belt with Atk Speed and Crit Damage, now these aren`t cheap, but you can find decent ones with the stats i`m talking about for 20 - 30 mill.
thanks lord. no worries about the people posting rude comments... its the internet. i expected to be insulted for asking a harmless question. i always wondered how terrible someone's life must be to feel the need to insult strangers on forums. i'll def save up for those items.

@nograndplan: Your loh should be fine without the Blackthorne amulet. Get one with critical hit damage and critical chance instead. If you can afford it then there should be +damage on it and/or dex and if you like attack speed (choose what you can afford). And basically the same thing for your gloves and rings! Lastly, as Huminator said, sockets in your weapons combined with smaragds would give you an enormous dps boost.
The legendary rings Unity and Skull Grasp (legacy-version) are rather cheap and offer crit chance and loh too, if you need it.
Your Life on hit is great for your 51k dps level but its also keeping you stuck on getting better dps items.
Here is my monk kumarpr227#1232 on american Servers.
I notice your Paragon level is 40 something. RNG has a place to play in it but I feel your DPS should by higher at this paragon level.
Do you spend gold on items for alts?
Somethings you should try to aim for. Try to buy an EF with life steal of 2.8 with good stats and dps of at least 1,000. Then you can start replacing some more gear with DPS oriented gear.
Instead of getting lacu prowlers instead get a rare bracer with 5% crit chance 100 dex and 100 Vit and resist. you would be surprised how cheap you can find some of these. Gloves also get a rare with Attack speed, Cirt chance, and Crit damage. I found my current ones for 5mil. For your other weapon you have a few choices. You can get a Fist of az with a socket and high dps, you can try and find a rare with a socket and life steal.
I used to be at 100k dps with 3.0 life steal and 600 life on hit. Now I am at 125 dps with 4.5% life steal and no life on hit. It seems that at lower dps levels loh is better and at higher dps life steal is better I don't really know the math behind the perfect break even point.
This is just a start I hope this helps.
Also I would suggest getting a full Innas set. You can get them for cheap and also find some nice diamonds in the rough that you can buy for less than the average just keep looking on the AH.
the gloves are the one thing i'm not going to change. i like the tasker and theo set... although i will look for a better rolled one. i spent lots of money gearing up my other characters, and until recently the monk was my least favorite class. now that i've been playing the class for a while its turned to be my favorite, and all my gold is going to upgrading her. thanks again

If you have read these forums for any prolonged time, you will realize that Huminator is a very angry narcissist with a giant sharp stick shoved tightly and permanently up his ass. Eventually you get used to it and can weed through his hate-spew to find the nuggets of information in his posts. It's sorta like digging for faux gold in a bin of foul smelling sewage.
Messy; but if you wear the right protective equipment and hold your nose you can find something shiny.
