Gear: get more... everything While you got 'some' resists you've almost no hitpoints at all. If you have to sacrifice some vitality to up that stat. I'd start replacing your chest/pants with high vitality, high resist (preferable double resist) pieces. Skip on the dex for now if you can't afford it. Get some real jewelry, at least 3 useful stats. Actually you only got some dex on some of it. Basically think about all your gear, i'd look for at least dex+vita+fire resist on every armor piece and add more stats (sockets, all resist) as you go. Maybe even think about picking up a shield until you got some crit chance/damage on your jewelry and only keep the life steal axe. I'd look for some more lifesteal, either via gem or jewelry.
Specc: get more defensive passives, you're dying too fast and not fighting enrage timers. Instead of Mantra of Healing i'd prefer Evasion + Hard Target.
But honestly you might be better of just looking at the pinned guides to get a general idea about what i'm even talking about. Because actually it looks like you don't
I agree with "ballon". Look at the pinned guides - they are really good. You don't have to follow them to the letter, but atleast they give you direction.
Currently you build and gear are all over the place...
Get Mantra of Evasion/Hard target.
Get Seize the Initiative (at least until the patch hits, re-evaluate then).
Get Serenity/Ascension (GREAT life saver!).
Get more Vit.
Get a shield!! (Only start DW once you can run comfortably - at least that's the safest way)
You are using One With Everything but with all your different resists it has little to no extra effect.
So choose 1 resist (for example fire) and get some gear that has all resist + fire resist.
That way you'll benefit from the passive.
Most tips are already given and indeed read the guide. It helped me determine which way I had to go with my Monk.
