you use deadly reach and LTK all the time and inner sanctuary when surrounded and SSS when available also you have serenity to save you and passive transcendence for the lack of heal.
you use all three spirite generators to utilize the combination strike passive with a debuff on CW and a DOT on WoTHF and EP,
your main spender and damage dealer is wave of light and you heal using cyclone strike or mantra of healing if you're not surrounded with mobs and you have NDE to save you.
this one is built to take damage (mantra of retribution) so i used earth ally to increase maximum health by 50% and i use serenity in this build as a damage dealer with alabaster rune.
but normally you will use sweeping wind to maximize its stack and tempest rush as your main spirit spender and damage dealer.
