You might not like the answer, but it's as simple as that:
Lower the difficulty.
Torment 13 isn't efficient by any stretch of imagination, even for insanely high-geared people. With your paragon, gear, and gem ranks (not even rank 50 gems!) you're just not ready for T13 yet. Especially since you're wearing In-Geom, you really want a difficulty that you can "faceroll" to make sure that In-Geom is up 100% of the time.
I don't see anything wrong with your build. I'd probably use Goldwrap in cube instead of Laws of Seph, then you can switch to Epiphany-Insight (to make up for the spirit loss) and possibly even give up Agility and so on. But in general this build (like so many other monk builds and every In-Geom build) highly relies on one-shotting stuff and almost instantly killing elites. If you're struggling, go lower. T13 is super inefficient anyways, you'll get much much much more DBs, keys, and loot by going lower and killing faster.

He's definitely right...T13 is for people who've reached at a minimum of P800, gems at 65 or higher, nearly all ancient items and augmentations of level 60 or higher (300 primary stat). I don't mind blasting through 20-25 TX runs on my EB wizard...and it's my take that TXIII was designed with upper-tier players in mind. Is TX a challenge? No...not any more. Is TXIII doable? Sure...but farming is all about efficiency. Until you get to the point of ripping through TXIII in 2-3 minutes, the rewards do not outweigh the time investment.
This build is not fast enough untill you get ancient gear and augments. I use Ulliana set and faceroll T13 solo. Same for 60 GRs - takes 4-5 minutes to complete even bad maps. Here's the build. As you can see i have less than 1 mio dmg, no ancients at all, no augments, just yesterday got 50+ lvl gems and that's enough for gear and paragon farming in solo. With better gear and stats it's possible to close 70+ in group easily. So it's the best way to get all stuff for gen and sup builds. Cheers!
I would switch Bane of the Stricken to Gogok, you need a lot of CDR and RCR on this build and therefor
switch some CDR on items to RCR, I have around 40% each on my SWK monk to have enough spirit to spam LTK.
And last, try get 2 more items with secondary resist and switch Mantra of Conviction to Cyclone Strike-Implosion, it really helps with maintaining your SW which is the core of this build.
The end game though is LoN, you can check the video I made yesterday on a LoN Cold Monk, really fun gameplay! https://youtu.be/s2rkTPEe_Tg
sorry to disagree but you would not use rcr, you would be wasting valuable stats you wanne use elsewhere. if you are super duper gear you miiight dropp a few AD rolls for rcr, but i wouldent. You dont need rcr if you have good cdr.
and end game is lon? im not rly sure what you mean by that. normal ltk is much more dmg than lon. just dont use lon for this build, unless you just fucking love the LoN niche and plan on A) never playing high lvl (70-80+) group GR's and never play soloGR high lvl.. Lon is less dmg and even makes F\R unavailable and thats super bad.
The headline says "T13 rifts" not GR, and as you can see from his build, he is not using a build with a generator.
I may be wrong but on T13 fast rifts LoN pulls ahead in front of SWK.
Also RCR is used in situations where you don't have in-geom active, if you won't have RCR at all there you will starve for spirit (again, referring to the non-generator build.)

imho LoN LtK best choice for fast runs. im switch to TX when have only 2 ancient items. with 9-10 TXIII is fine.

hey, i was writing a respons to your thread, but it ended up being so damn much text that i expanded upon it and made another thread with a lot of info from personal experience. you can find it here http://www.diablofans.com/forums/diablo-iii-class-forums/monk-the-inner-sanctuary/213041-my-t13-ltk-faceroller-and-stuff-about-ltk
