Would I be better off sticking to the os or reroll to 90cd+? My cd is currently sitting a little low at 317 and 41cc.

If yes I don't think this will make a big difference and I would mostly go for the socket.

Instead of countless rerolling I would go and farm another Hellfire with CHD+CC+Dex/EleDMG

Honestly, you need both. Ammy can roll up to 100% Crit hit damage, it is too important of a stat to miss out on that slot. Socket is a must, every good build is stronger with 3 gems.

Try for another ammy.
