One is never hurt by being given additional choices, only by taking them away. A QUADRILLION MAGIC FIND is worthless if you can't kill shit!
2 rings and an amulet with +33 min/max damage on 2 perfect Calamity is 1.84*1.15*1.15*(304.5+33*3) = 981.88 DPS while the same on a Windforce is 1.61*(565+33*3) = 1069.04. So 2x Calamity does about 8.2% less DPS, but it attacks 2.43 times per second which is about 51% more often than Windforce which means more chances to proc on-hit effects. It might be worth it in some cases, depending on the build and other factors, or you could skip the 2nd Calamity and grab a shield.
Edit: Just realized I left out the quiver, but I don't have time to fix it.
Edit2: Ok, with the quiver, the bow would attack 20% faster which means it does does 1282.85 DPS, so 2x Calamity would attack 26% faster but they would deal 23.46% less DPS not counting the extra damage 149 dex would grant to the Windforce / Dead Man's Legacy setup. This leads me to believe that some of +%damage, +min damage and +max damage may not be tied to the weapon, as jaclashflash says below. If they all count for both weapons, the DPS would be:
1.84*1.15*1.15*780.94 = 1900.34 DPS from 2x perfect Calamity with 2 rings and an amulet with +33 damage per hit each.
Random trivia: While reversing the damage numbers, I was able to figure out that Calamity is based on Runic Arcus, which is the worst of the three level 60 hand crossbows.

I have been playing with a 1h bow + quiver most of the game thus far, and I got to tell ya that the other weapons just aint cutting the mustard. Especially with archery bonus being overwhelmingly in favor of Bows.

So far for me it's been all 1h Xbow+Quiver or 2h Bow+Quiver. I'm only level 37 and have an abysmally low crit rate, so I've been avoiding the 2h Xbows, due to their underwhelming (at my crit rate) archery bonus.
My DH is level 31 at this moment, and until level 28 I was using Bow. Since I switched to Dual Wield I noticed my damage going down. Perhaps it could be the rest of my gear, but still it takes longer to kill something than it used to.
My question is, on low level is it worth dual wielding or using bow/xbow?
