actualy Pain enhancer for tals is very good because it scales with the 6 set bonus also, so that 3k wep dmg as physical over 3 seconds if its lvl 6 turns into 21k wep dmg over 3 seconds which is really broken this also happens with the natalyas set but its only 15k wep dmg over 3 seconds with any physical gear.
Physical build have +% damage on their gear. So PE will get that bonus, as well.
The Tox Gem might be better for Group play. 10% bonus from all sources at rank 25.
It does stack, but there is some debate on how this works in a group. Not sure if it's additive with other players or multiplicative.
I can't really test by myself, so, you might check the forums or post another thread for other's testing results.
One thing I've noticed is that the monsters don't drop health globes if they did from poisoning.
I might be wrong. But they just seem to just fade away and since there is no hit causing the death, a triggering event for the globe to spawn never happens. So this is something to consider if your build relies on health globes. It doesn't bother me because, I let them die behind me from poisoning. And I usually push forward and pop mobs with cluster arrows for the forward globe drops.

i was wondering if pain enhancer is a good gem for group higher GR ?
still wondering what kind of gems i should use for higher GRs in a group cause i dont run iceblink for groups.
Pain Enhancer is good if you have physical dmg skills. It is normally used in N6 build with ROV- Dark Cloud builds
Important for hydra breakpoints.
#12 solo monk - era 5 ns
#9 solo wizard - era 4 ns
#9 2 player - era 4 ns
no... theres only one target at the end of the rift, that means 3% AS. Are u missing a breakpoint by 3 or 4.5 % ?
