Today I want to show a progression spec for the new Condemn Crusader. If you're currently playing Season 1, there's a good chance you'll get the Fryderh's Wrath shield prior to acquiring the full Akkhan set, especially if you're gambling all your shards (and due to Roland's set dropping more frequently than Akkhan). Although this build requires Akkhan set and the Blade of Prophecy to truly shine, you can get away with lesser gear at lower difficulties while searching for these pieces.
In this video I go over the build, gear, paragon points, discuss mechanics and synergies with legendary gems and other skills, and solo a T3 rift. Enjoy!
Yes, but (currently) only in seasons. If you're playing non-seasons you have to wait for Season 1 to be over before you can gamble/find it.
That said, I've spent a few thousand shards now (non seasonal) trying to gamble the new pet sader shield with no luck, so I have no idea what the roll chance on this one is.
I have the basics of this build already geared... just need to get better rolls.
Few things that I'd note.
Wrath - Once you have Akkhan's you are basically set. You need no other ability to help with generation other than perhaps reaper's wraps. The fact you will be running a primary in the build is IMMENSELY helpful in this regard. This means you don't need zealous glare, or provoke or unstoppable force which opens up a lot of options.
Primary skill - I'll throw in one most of us tend to use and that's Slash/Zeal. While reaping can be nice Zeal gives you a nice 10% attack speed buff which means more condemns and more damage.
Gems - The ones you mentioned are all quite good but I'd throw Gogok's into the list. I'd say Mirinae, Gogok and Bane of the trapped are you're ideal gems. A case could also be made for taeguk but god damn is it annoying it keep up.

Wrath - yup, you need the Akkhan set though. Once you have that, focus on getting as close to 56% cdr as possible.
Primary skill - yes, you'll still probably use a primary for single target (rift guardians) due to buffs.
Gems - smite gem for sure, bane of the trapped for sure (separate damage stack so it's VERY powerful), 3rd gem is a wild card/preference. I like bane of the powerful, but it probably won't do much good against RG unless you hit an elite pack immediately before.
Hi Mikhail! Thanks for the thread! I find it very interesting to play Condemn (my goal for T6/grifts) at such an early stage. I do realize you need the shield for it.
I have 4p Akkhan and a decent RoRG. Would you recommend gambling for the Shield before aquiring the 5th piece of Akkhan (shoulders or helm)? Thanks!
