Blessed shield the 250% extra dmg is now based on block chance? because it used to be on block amount they changed it?
and second if they changed the to block chance now when i use provoke is it better to go 50% lightning dmg or 50% block chance increase of your current amount(other words if i got 27% block chance ill have now 41%)
Long version: here
Short: Charged Up is better when you use it with the Shattering Throw rune.
To the first question: maybe it was so in the beta but since release it has been all the time BlockChance
Yeah the short version was highly needed XD insane amount of information to read and try to understand it but nice work though
but what i didnt understand is shatter throw does "when it hits the target the shield splits into 3 fragments and does 50% dmg(tooltip is wrong its 333% dmg)" now they dont state that the shield benefit from the block chance since the shield hits the target does the block damage and shatters and now the fragments only do 333% damage, am i correct or wrong?
so the block chance is pretty meaningless in this sitaution good to know
so why you posted so much information about the blockchance in there? "With four enemies and 27 hits ( the initial one always goes on the target we want) our main target will be hit by 27/4 shields in average. So basically we can hit our maintarget with (6,75 * 333%) + 340% + 2,5*BlockChance. This adds up to 2338% + 2,5*BlockChance. Assuming a 25% BlockChance of our shield we deal a basic damage of 2338% + 62,5% =2400,5%Now we can increase our BlockChance by 15% with a passive 16% with a Justice Lantern and 11% with a Helm of Rule. So deltaBlockChance = 15% + 16% + 11% = 42% BlockChance. 42% * 2,5 =105%WeaponDamage."
reffering to the blockchance associating with the shatter shield? its a mistake or what?
oh okey so basicly there is no point to waste points into block chance since the best rune you can go is shatter the only time you actualy going single target would be Rift or act bosses which is recommanded just to swap on spot to fist of heavens alright dude you helped me alot and probably other people who are reading this =) appreciated!
