I forgot to say :P, the neck and waist are placeholders, I'm gambling furiously trying to get a Vigilante belt, but luck/shards/Kadala are not on my side :'(
I mostly have that neck because I hate Arcane Enchanted :p, I'm waiting to get something a bit less rubbish...
I have maxed Movespeed from Paragon, I thought movespeed on gear didn't stack?
I'll look for them, thanks!
As for Skills:
Cool, I'll try that out tomorrow.
And I still die a little too often to let go of Indestructable just yet :D. I think once I've got 100% uptime on AC: Prophet I'll drop it, but until then it REALLY helps out for those RNG moments when something huge hits you just as AC drops.
Thanks for the tips, I'll report back to say how much they helped!
guys, again i am asking for help with rerolling my weapon, i found solid blood brother, before i get maximus or furnace for my shield bash build, i plan to run it, could you help me with the reroll ? i am clueless what to do here.
is there some solid % of CDR i should aim for with rolands ? i have like 484k hp now, which is 80k more than i had with condemn build, not sure if more vitality is needed, didnt test higher grifts yet.
Hey fellas! You see anything what I should change around on my sader? I've been trying to gamble a better Cindercoat and craft better Piro. And for some reason I keep struggling to use Taeguk, I see people using it but is it really that worth it? Any other gem options?
And I've also had a sodden luck with the Templar relic. So I am using Scoundrel
Also: Not sure if the armory has been updated but I'm running with a Unity and a Convention of Elements with Crit chance and CritDMG.
I have two reroll questions in one here, for my Condemn Crusader - Firstly my Ancient Blade of Prophecy, the CDR rolled lowest - I already gifted but now I can either roll away the huge vitality roll or 6% CDR to 10% DMG... what would you do? To be honest I really need the CDR.. which leads me to my next reroll question :
Finally gambled a Frydehr's where I can have Str, Crit and CDR - but what do I roll into CDR? The all resist or block chance? Is block chance generally useless unless going Roland's shield bash? I am guessing all resist would serve me better right?
I know some are going to tell me to equip my Leoric's Crown with a diamond which I indeed do have in my bags but I was playing with and really like the focus restraint combo on this since Im always alternating between a generator and spender anyway, I have stacked a decent amount of CDR and rolling it on my new shield would get me to where I want to be.. But any advice would be appreciated.
What do you think I should reroll? there's no socket so I thought maybe to reroll vit into a socket until I get an RG (and then reroll to crit chance? I don't really know)
I can run T6 rifts and bounties now (for the first time) but do die now and then. I think I can run about lvl 30 grift - the arena gave me lvl 32 but that was very hard.
Hi, I'm looking to pick up the sader for the first time. My question is, what's the cookie cutter t6 rift, low gr build? Kind of like the UE6 fire build of saders
Quoted from other thread (in case it's deleted as requested!):
I was reading the "Cannot pass GR 56 - Hammerdin Build" and had a few questions. I'm running a similar build, but this is my first time playing Crusader and D3 since ROS (short version, got into HOTS tech alpha and forgot about D3!). Anyway, was hoping for some critiques on my character so I can move up in the GRs.
I know I need a Furnace and was told I will probably need a Witching Hours. I also know my pieces aren't perfect or even rolled perfectly on the ones I have rolled (still working on it). Trying to get a second Unity for my follower. Also know I need to get my CDR as low as possible (Diamond in Helm ASAP).
So, a few questions:
Is it better to run Furnace w/ Johanna's Argument Cubed? Or Vice Versa? I'll have to get another Argument if 1H is better.
What is the best follower for Crusader? I was using Enchantress.
What are the best 4 Passives? I have Blunt on my Hellfire, wondering what else I should have in there.
Any other tips besides getting the best in slot / best rolls? (Working on that part!).
Edit: Forgot to mention that I'm leveling up my Stricken right now to replace Taeguk.
You dont have 6-set, just swap that eternal union ring for ring of royal grandeur (it drops from bounty bag act 1), that will be the fastest way to get 6 set, and then u will just melt mobs on t6
Your weapon lacks socket, emerald gives u 100%+ critical damage bonus, that is huge damage boost
You have hexing pants in the cube. Are you sure u want to use this ? I personally hate to move and cast/move and cast/move and cast playstyle, and if u do it wrong its basically huge damage loss
You lacking alot of crit chance - especially on shield, ring and amulet. Rolling that vitality on amulet to crit chance might be good idea
You can change finery passive to holy cause, you doing holy damage, so u will get nice healing from this passive. It should help with surviving more damage.
Summarize: get 6 set and more damage, u got enough toughness to do torment 9, u just lacking damage
@gamerloin
Im running with stricken, trapped and gogok and did 58 (2 sec left to 59 so far). If you think that you have enough toughness then u might drop taeguk, if toughness is the problem then drop trapped. On high gr-s stricken is superior to other gems so u should always use it.
Thanks man, I need to start optimizing gear now that I have the 6piece. Ran a 25 which was my benchmark last time and breezed it and the 30 afterwards too so I'm confident to keep pushing for gear
I'm in the process of building a different take on an Invoker based build, specifically one that utilizes the Hack affix and Heavenly Strength to use two handed weapon, which can (in turn) make Falling Sword, Consecration, Phalanx (Bowman), and Bombardment usable. What I like about the the skills selection is that it allows me to stick with Crush for my primary skill, and everything sort of makes that work with all of the other stuff. [Edit: Consecration will be moving to the thorns run next play session, probably better than the current one]
I've put the build through it's paces, and I still like the Slash/Zeal interaction that I started with o so long ago, but many of the above skills have been replaced with Steed Charge/Endurance (had to keep up with mages and barbs that like to tele and leap, but still greatly prefer Falling Sword/), Iron Skin/Reflective Skin, and Akarat's Champion/Hasteful have replaced Falling Sword, Consecration, and Phalanx.
It's been working rather well, as Torment 4 solo is very doable, and a buddy and I are working our way through the torment levels, as we're at Torment 5 for the moment only because my buddy's a bit to squishy (silly barbs >.> ). While nothing to really write home about, I basically hit 70 while holding my own in Torment 4, then moved to Torment 5 shortly thereafter, so the build does work, even though it's not that optimized just yet.
I'm able to solo Torment IX, and as I just pulled Aquila Cuirass and cube'd it prior to logging last night, I'm expect that I should be able to take Torment X easily. I haven't put that much attention into Greater Rifts (as my focus has been on acquiring the Ring of Royal Grandeur), but I'm expecting to do well there based on what I have seen in the Torment bounties.
Any optimization tips, or other build suggestions, is greatly appreciated =)
I never really played much D3, but since S5 my girlfriend and I have been going pretty crazy and enjoying it a lot. Now as a relatively new player I have loads of questions regarding how a lot of things work, but I can't really find the answers to them anywhere (in a clearly written/explained way).
Please critique me and if possible guide me a bit through the questions I have to get a better understanding to how builds, gearing, RNG and classes work.
Currently I'm running this build: Invoker Punish and I have all of the pieces of the set and the "recommended" ones (in case there's more of them, in my stash).
What I want to know is, if my enchanting, gearing currently looks "okay" on the gear I'm wearing. I know there's still lots of room for improvement on items which don't have all of the proper stats as shown in the "guide", or did I make any big mistakes which I should change ?
Is it "mandatory" to have Thorns on all items as a "secondary"' stats for them to be "bis" ? Since on the recommended stats in the guide there's not always shown "thorns" as an affix.
edit: Armory currently shows my Weapon as one without a gem-slot, which I changed with a Ram's Gift for an extra 38k Thorns.
I also started working towards the LoN Bombardement build and have all the pieces (non Ancient) which the guide states. I've read that it's mandatory to have all pieces Ancient due to how the 2 set works (incr damage per ancient item equipped). I only have a perfectly rolled Headpiece at the moment, so my quess is to wait until I have all pieces Ancient ?
At what point should I start switching Builds -> From Invoker to LoNBomb ?
My Stash is currently full of items of both sets, mainly since sometimes I don't know whether an item is better or not.
How I'm obtaining gear currently is mainly running speed TX's for Keys, then run GR65's (highest I've attempted atm) for gear. The Blood Shards I get I use them to gamble on items for the LoNBomb build, since I personally think that's where I'm lacking most gear. With my Death Breath's and other items I use the Cube to upgrade them to Legendary to hope for a properly rolled item. Should I instead just keep rerolling with the Cube on the Legendary pieces I have instead of trying the method to upgrade a Rare -> Legendary since I already have the item ?
TL;DR: How does my gear currently looks like, what's the "best" way to gamble for better pieces, and when to switch to a different build for higher GR's ?
Thanks for reading and I hope I can get some valuable information which could help me charge in the right direction ^^.

I just got a set of unities and have a question about rerolling one. It has 478 stre, 5.5 crit and 8% cool down reduction. Do I roll away the stre?

I am not an expert, but after I saw this build, I change from Condemn to Roland Shield Bash:
http://www.diablofans.com/builds/53544-2-2-fire-rolands-grift-50
I was tired of wasting time killing the GR guardian with bad single target damage. If you can farm the new Roland Set, I think it is the way to go.
You don't need a specific weapon (untill 45/50 GR), you can craft the shield (Piro) and you only need to farm shards for the new legendary brazers.
With a Rorg, you only need 3 pieces to farm T6 very quick. You can use Cindercoat and magefists if you want.
Actually, I kill 45 GR guardians in 30 seconds, and I only have a regular Furnace (non ancient) and a few 4 ancient items...
Hope it helps...
Finally got my Fate of the Fell - stats:
3166 dmg per sec
1192-1477 fire dmg
+1060 strength
+1022 vit
CDR +10%
What do you think I should reroll? there's no socket so I thought maybe to reroll vit into a socket until I get an RG (and then reroll to crit chance? I don't really know)
Going for Shotgun
Would you guys look at this build and tell me what I could do better? Thx!

Hi Guys
I've managed to get to a decent (I think) gear spot with my seasonal crusader - http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/profile/loftybloke-2810/hero/65048070
and I'm running t6 bounties/rifts in public to get keys and gear up more.
The worry I have is that I seem to die, a lot. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong, but I don't seem to be able to take very many hits at all.
It's pretty disheartening, but i'm also pretty sure it's me rather than the gear/skills etc, can anyone please give me some advice?
Thanks
