My personal favorite rune to use with Fate of the Fell: Heaven's Fury Fires of Heaven.
Sends out 3 holy beams of death that will hit errytin in a big cone of death.
If enemy is fat enough or you're close enough all three beams will hit doing with my gear 9 million x3 damage for 40 (20 with law) Wrath.
Gain Two Additional Rays of Heaven's Fury.
If you've played a crusader you know how hard Heaven's Fury hits stuff, so 3 rays is cray cray.
Playing around with this item there are two runes of Heaven's Fury to make builds around.
Jack of all TradesHeaven's Fury - Ascendancy fits into any build as a dps cooldown works with hammers, blessed shield, fist etc.

Generator Punish- Celerity/Fury
Need Crit - take fury otherwise use celerity for that sweet ias.
Spender Heaven's Fury - Fire of the Heavens
Bread and butter makes elite packs and bosses melt.
1,2,3,4 (or w/e you got them mapped to)
Akarat's Champion - Rally Attack Speed, wrath regen (FotH is expensive), and cooldown reduction? Yes please!
Shield Glare- Divine Verdict Blinds and adds a +20% dmg taken debuff to enemies hit. Makes FotH hit harder!
Laws of Valor - Unstoppable Force
Reduces wrath cost of skills by 50%. Allows you to chain cast FotH.
Phalanx-Bowmen /Bombardment /Steed Charge/ DPS move
Whatever you wanna put here works. Go nuts.
Passives:
Heavenly Strength cause you're using a two-hand flail dummy.
Righteousness
Increases wrath regen, which you need cause FotH is the most expensive wrath spender a Crusader has in his/her toolbox.
Finery (if you have alot of gems 2>)
Broken passive that gives you 70 free strength if you socket a gem, adds dps.
Wrathful Fires of Heaven costs 40 wrath. You get base 825 life from each wrath point spent. Das alot of health b0ss.
Gearing
Crit%>Crit DMG>STR>IAS
Paragon Points Tier 1
Strength, Movement Speed, Wrath
Tier 2
Critical Hit DMG, Critical Hit %(if you need it), Increased Attack Speed.
