I've heard a lot about a "permanent" steed charge build that supposedly is one of the fastest speed farming builds among all classes. However, I have been unable to locate any videos or further information about the build. I'm assuming it is an Invokers set / Thorns build since that is the only way to do damage but could anybody point me in the direction of some more detailed information on the build/gear/play style please?
Steed Charge - Thorns rune
Iron Skin - Reflective Skin
Consecration - Bed of Nails
AC - Prophet
Bombardment - Thorns rune
As for Law it doesnt really matter, was using Justice - Decaying Strength just for that extra toughness
Passives
Iron Maiden
Hold your Ground
Heavenly Str.
Finery
Didnt have a HF amu but best choice would be one with Lord Commander.
In the cube I had In geom,Heart of Iron since I had Aquilla Cuirass equipped and CoE.
Belt of the trove is needed also for the free bombardments every 6-8 secs. Traveler's Pledge + Compass Rose + Justice Lantern
Just the basic Invoker build for GR pushing but since for farming it was slow I just equipped Norvalds with In geom cubed and gave it a try.
This build gets even better if you get your hands on the Akkhan set because with the 6p multiplier you deal even more dmg but for starters it wokred wonders in farming t9-t10 fast enough.
I created one in 2.3 using the weapon that increases steed (I think it's called swiftmount - but it's a one-handed flail). Coupled with a phalanx/bowmen build, I can keep steed up 100%, but it only clears T5 right now. I'd imagine it would work in higher torment once 2.4 and the buff to damage for the Akkhan set hits.
Hey guys, today - over a year later - I'm proud to present the T10 version of the (previous) T2 Chariot bounty speed farm build. With the introduction of Kanai's Cube and Legacy of Nightmares, it's now possible to hit a damage threshold with Bowmen for T10. What this is means is you can stay permanently mounted on your horse while your Bowmen kill trash mobs, then blow some cooldowns (Bombardment) on elites/objectives, allowing for ~30 second bounties. Do note that this is NOT easy to gear for, but it is super cool and one of - if not THE - fastest bounty specs. Enjoy & discuss!
Hey guys, today I show the Akkhan version of Thorny Pony build using Norvald's Fervor set. This is a speed farm variation similar to the Chariot build but much easier to gear for. It's also high greater rift capable with a slightly different setup and potentially working in Focus/Restraint (or even Convention of Elements). Enjoy & discuss!

The only I have read. Extracted from here (they argue if 5 minutes is too much for T10 farming). I haven't tested myself.
Read all the post, it is very interesting:

oh, that a man's reach should exceed his grasp...
Extracted word by word from MeatHeadMikhail, you have 2 versions, 1 using LON (legacy of nightmares) and 1 with Akkhan using Norvald's Fervor set:
