I mostly play a Monk, and I read that blindness from a Crusader's Shield Glare works differently from the Monk blind. What enemies are immune to the Crusader version? Bosses only? What effect does it have if the target is immune?
Not sure what you mean... iirc there are no mobs that are immune to shield glare blind, just rift guardians have a very short period in which they are blinded. In general, all crowd control effects are reduced by a significant margin when applied to elites and even more so, when applied to bosses and rift guardians.
there are RG's that you can cancel their attack using the shield glare like Perendi for an example. There are other RG's that you can't really cancel their attacks like Orlash i guess - If he starts teleporting, you can't blind him to cancel it.
Shield glare seems to affect every add, elite or not. The only time you will see immunity is for shielded elites, or affixes that are go off regardless of cc.
Well, the main difference between Blinding Flash and Shield Glare is that Blinding Flash by default hits everybody around you (20 yards). Shield glare just hits enemies in front of you (30 yards). But there is a shield (and all support Crusader usually use that shield) that makes Shield Glare hit everybody around you.
