Also, look for a Cindercoat. It has up to 20% fire skill damage increase aswell as up to 30% resource reduction for ALL fire skills, not to mention Andariel's Visage with the same amount of extra *random* elemental damage. You might get lucky.
Switched to a similar build as this one the minute Cinder dropped. Going to look for more fire %dmg increase from now on, definitely, asthis kind of setup seems extremely potent atm.
I created a video based on a melee fire barb using ww and taking advantage of gear with +% fire damage to skills that might be of some use to anyone in terms of thinking ahead for gearing out your "elemental" of choice barb and spec.
I'm running a SeismicSlam fire barb myself...T5+ works pretty well...it takes some effort to get the placement right and needs alot of movement and interaction player-vise to stay alive...but that makes it all the more enjoyable...
After finding a cindercoat i craftet myself the needed items with +fire dmg and now i'm sitting at these stats:
(btw..F*CK YOU smart-loot for failing on the cindercoat and rolling int instead of str!!!! -.- )
+61% fire dmg
49% fury cost reduction (26% on fire and the rest normal...but meh...everything is fire anyway ^^)
+27% dmg on seismic slam on head/boots
I crit elites for around 8m dmg per SS...
If only trading was possible -.- i'd love to get my hands on a Sankiss and the new SoJ...
Tested this and loving it. I have 2+ to fire gear pieces. But you HAVE to use this with fire WW because seismic slam uses up all the Rage you have instantly, and then you are left with no attacks for 3-4 seconds. With WW you can keep attacking for a lot longer as it only costs 10 fury vs SS's 30 fury. With the IK set and these passives Rage might not be an issue at all, but even for WW Rage will be a problem if a fight goes on too long.
