That depends what your budget is. You could lose some resists to get some better stats such as strength on your items, your strength is fairly low as it is. This could be changed by boosting some of your gems. Additionally, you could upgrade your IK chest for one with higher vit. You can get a 160str+/120+vit IK chest for like 10million.
Your bracers and other items are lacking critical hit chance + critical hit damage, attack speed affixes
these affixes will obviously cost you more gold, so as I stated..it all depends on your budget.
I'd say drop your resists by 250 (from swapping out other gear) to boost your strength, crit chance, and crit damage. You have a ton of survivability as it is and your hp pool, resists and armor reflect that..all which is overkill for mp5..you're sacrificing a ton of damage which would serve you better.
Based on your passive, drop superstition and nerves of steel.
pick up ruthlessness, weaponsmaster and bloodthirst/whatever else.
As far as your skills..drop war cry and and ignore pain..and cleave.
pick sprint (run like the wind rune)
pick whirlwind (hurricane)
pick battle rage marauders rage.
(This skill choices are somewhat gear dependent, and its a hybrid ww/HotA build.
Alternatively, you can just go a WW build, and copy mine.
i like your gear but you're focusing on defense too much, you should be able to survive higher MPs with that type of res and health.
if you get nats boots and ring is a cheap combo that will get u some nice dps, but the prob is that u got real good rings so i wouldnt do that. i would buy zuls trail, which if you buy a decent one should up your dps by 10-15k. you can get high Strength ice climbers with movement speed but the zuls trail is a cheaper alternative.
craft a better neck piece.
craft bettter wrists with crit.
get ik irons with crit and crit dam, look at gold ah for snipe bids, ive found mine for 4mill and there worth 50m.
if you continue to use ignore pain, lose ik belt and a cheap witching hour, that should up your dps buy 7k-ish.
lose superstition and use bloodthirst, should be great if u switch to witching hour.
i love skorn, i would continue to use but yours has low crit dam. id look for one with 185-190%.
Switch warcry for battlerage.
ill link my toon and ull see im using ik belt but thats because i dont have any all res.
you can afford to lose some health and all res. i wouldnt recomend dropping below 42k and 500 all res.
As some people have implied, your build is very EHP heavy (effective health pool) this type of setup for SoftCore play is generally accepted as overkill as the risks arent as high if you die. That being said, you should still have a decent amount of EHP - enough to survive - and crank out some extra DPS. Depending on your MP goals, that will determine where you want your All resistance and Defense to be.
If I may, I would say that you will run into some issues with your build in higher MP's due to the inherent design of the game: high mob health and high mob density. This will be an issue for you with Insanity, in my opinion, because should you encounter two elite packs you'll almost be required to use it, you might encounter a third shortly after. Depending on what affixes the mob has, you could be totally screwed if they have a rooting ability like jailer, frozen, or vortex and might run into some deaths. I really like the way you have set your skills up, but in my opinion, they will be best suited for lower MP's so you can obliterate the mobs and move on whilst still maintaining great exp and legendaries. You could benefit from dropping Ignore Pain and picking up Into the Fray for the extra crit chance, and the bonus fury on crit, with that combination you should be able to HoTA the shit out of some enemies, and in some instances, almost indefinitely (as the more fury you have the higher the crit chance of Hota, and the more you crit the more fury you gain)
IK gloves - pick them up with attack speed or Crit damage, I would suggest Attack speed if your crit chance is decent because it will allow you to blast out quite a few HoTA's. They should be quite cheap < 1m gold
I would suggest pants with strength. Since you have an abundance of AR I would suggest something like Blackthorne's Jousting Mail, which will give you a ton of life, some life on hit, and you can get some decent strength and high vitality without sockets.
Lastly, I would suggest crafting some bracers with the new Bind on Account (BOA) as they will have a ton of strength, it probably wont take you too long to land some with crit chance ( a must) and AR/Vitality
You have to drop some of that armor and res, you are even running warcry. Im currently running with 400 resist and 6500 armor unbuffed. MP10 is very easy, but because my dps is very high my life leech and rend helps me survive anything. Your build is also entirelly too defensive. Ignore pain, superstition and nerve of steal shouldnt be needed, especially with your current resist. Switch cleave for bash, punish, youll be bashing often to keep fury at top for the crit chance increase and this will increase your hota damage. Change the insanity rune to thrive on chaos, with any good crit youll have good uptime as HotA because you spam alot. Id also suggest dropping smash rune for thunderstrike except for uber bosses. The damage loss is not that significant but thunderstrike has a larger radius to hit more target and proc more fury.. which bring me to the last point, you need battle rage into the fray badly.
The biggest gear upgrade you can do is drop IK sets. Start crafting gloves and bracers asap. The more your dps upgrades the least ammount of life steel youll need. Drop the belt for witching hours. Skorn is a good starting weapon. Once you get more budget, drop skorn and go for a 1200+1300 dps main hand with a socket, str and cd. Have a 1200+ dps EF with socket in offhand (you want the + weapon speed from EF, it stacks to your main hand as well) That should all help you reach the 200k dps unbuffed. After that point you can survive entirely on the 3% from bloodlust passive and not require % ll from gear.
Before any gear changes, you could definitely drop Superstition for Weapon Master.
I will say this - your crit chance is currently very, very low. You have plenty of other gear suggestions here but I will say for HOTA, Crit Chance > CD > IAS.
That said, I don't recommend HOTA in your current gear. I think WW will be more efficient.

Just looking for some advice. gear, build, etc.
I am trucking along pretty good on ML5 Inferno in 4 person games.
