I've designed a new build arround some legendary items. And I'm going to test it out live on stream.
As topic states, I call it the birthright lightning barb. Birthright rune isn't needed but its a skill I want to try out anyways. I've got no clue yet how well this build does in terms of survivability but we'll soon find out!
