Hi everyone
So it has been a couple of days that i am blocked on act 3
The normal mobs now are dangerous for me and most elites / champions are lethal
Here are my stats without war cry
strength : 1285
Vitality : 1307
Armor : 8834 ( i think just below 10k with war cry)
600 all resist ( 900 with war cry)
1k life per hit
12k dps
58k life
I can change some of my gear and get 11k dps 1k all resist and 53k life but i thought it would be better to gear my dps a bit now
I have a 830ish DPS weapon
My Gear/stats/build are very similar to yours. I have realized that I made the mistake of going too tanky and I'm struggling because my dps is at 12k. I'm debating on selling all of my gear and rebuying gear with crit or trying one of these "budget" builds with around a 3mil budget. Or just continue to farm on my Wizard.
I'm not sure what I'm going to do, but I know that this current set up we both have isn't going to work.

Yeah, it takes much more gear to accomplish the same thing a ww build can. Act2 farming; however, is pretty easy for me. I'm just doing that until I can afford a decent tornado set.
Your stats are really close to being where they need to be. In fact, with some effort, you might be able to finish the game with the stats you have now.
Sidearm does more dps than Maniac. Ignore Pain is great, but Furious Charge actually provides more raw effective health, as long as there's at least 3 targets, which is a fairly typical number to be facing against champions. It also has great synergy with Leap, since double escape abilities will often waste the CC cooldown on abilities like vortex. Berserker Rage is a little superfluous for progression, since dps is nice, but it's not essential.
For your gear, just work on getting more all resist, vitality, and armor. Your stats are already good, and an upgrade or two will definitely push you over towards a Diablo kill. Good luck!
You shouldn't have much trouble at all going to a WW build. If your weapon is an axe/mace then you can either get a 10 crit shield or an offhand with good loh and crit dmg, otherwise get an axe/mace with good loh and crit dmg to use as your mh and then oh your current weapon. After that, replace 1-2 of your worst items with ones that have crit to bring your crit chance up to at least 40% (some people say 30% is okay but 40% is really easy to get). You can get 10% on gloves/shield, 8.5% on neck, 6% on helms/bracers, 4.5% on rings on top of the 23% crit that the build gives you if you use an axe/mace mh.
Hey guys
Thank you for all the answers and tips
So already for those who say i have good stats just add crit and crit damage
I would love to do that but to keep those stats and get gear with additionnal stats cost money as you know ^^'
I was thinking about the ww build and i haven't checked on the prices yet but how much do you guys think it would cost to get new stuff ( because my current gear has 0% crit or crit damage )
Additionnally i have an axe as a one hander with 600 LoH and amulet with 400 LoH ( also the amulet gives life percent vitality and 50 all resist so great tank amulet i assume ^^)
I'm going to try the build Laurcus offered and that pulverise also suggested
Also I was helping a guy with Diablo inferno didn't worked out on Coop but i tried him solo and downed him after 4 tries but i haven't finished the game in the good way so back to act 3 ^^
Before posting this topic i was after Siegebreaker just the elites i had after this boss were hard
Switch to whirlwind build. Even at the cost of losing DPS, get enough crit to make it work, at least 700 life on hit on your offhand weapon (preferably with good crit damage and socket, too, since it can be low dps it shouldn't be too expensive), and get your resists up to 800. That will let you farm act 3 to make gold which you can use to get upgrades that will up your DPS without hurting your ability to survive.
Even with those stats you surly will die some, but a lot lot less than your current stats, and hopefully low enough times to make you be able to farm. It's better to have 20k DPS but have enough life on hit and resists than 50k dps and die 5 times on every other elite pack.
SnB builds are working fine as well, you simply need to look for ways of improving your dps since your defensive stats are fine. Start with switching one of your passives that grant less armor to 5 crit/50% crit dmg. Perhaps drop your curent shield in favour of huge str/lots of crit chance once, buy weapon with str/socket in 850ish dps range (they went down in price a lot), smack 70% crit dmg gem there and your dps will be much better already. From there on try to maintain your resists/armor meanwhille looking for ways to increase your dps, there're plenty of SnB barbs with 50K+ dps and still solid 800-1K resists/high block and armor.
Life on Hit is not a must. I am currently running with 120 life on hit. You resistances and stamina are a bit high. If you can trade em off for some more dps that would basically solve your problem. I clear act 3 in 3 hours from start to finish without the stupid whirlwind build.

Thank you in advance for your help guys !
a. Triple your dps with tons of crit/crit dmg so you can burst down elite packs before they can hurt you much.
b. Maintain your defensive stats and dmg while adding a lot of LoH (1k+) so you can out-last them.
Neither option is all that affordable, so you will need to farm a while.
I'm not sure what I'm going to do, but I know that this current set up we both have isn't going to work.

For starters, try a build more like this. http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/barbarian#WXSVkP!bVe!aacccZ
