With War Rage/Battle Fury/Scoundrel I'm at 69.3k DPS, 52.3k HP, 5k Armor, 1.5k LoH, 39% Crit Chance, 359% Crit Dmg, 310 All Resil (I know I need to improve this)

I'd love some advice on what I should keep and what I should replace, I'm kind of at a loss where I'm missing 40k DPS at the moment.

More crit and crit dmg. you can drop most of your %life cause ww/sprint barbs regen life through (sprint) tornadoes and ww proccing LoH. That said, flat life regen (instead of % based) would mean more if you had less life and more all res.

and once youve nearly maxed out your crit you should stack crit dmg and str, prioritizing crit dmg > str.
