I don't think that it was mentioned in the unofficial patch notes, but Warcry was nerfed HARD. It used to increase armor by 50% and could be runed for 100%. Now it's base increase is 20% and can be runed for 40%. Also, the life regen on the Invigorate rune has been cut to a third of it's original.
Now that I've pointed this out I think that I'm glad that it was nerfed, because before it was so good that I couldn't find myself making a build without it.

My place really was here. I was too foolish and stubborn to notice. But, what I truly hoped for then was here. Why do I always realize it When I've already lost it.
Agreed, I found every Barb build I made in the previous patch on the skill calculator universally took this, and Grim Harvest for Threatening Shout.
I think that 100% sounded fantastic no matter what you were doing, because it was for the whole party, and that was a bit much. However, we couldn't possibly know how much this was needed or if this is good/bad yet, as we havn't played anything beyond level 13.
Hope it doesn't turn into a 'useless' skill.

Sounds more like it was balanced ratheer than nerfed?
True. I guess I just never use the word balance. Only nerf and buff. I mean, it's still really good, esp. for team play.

I liked wingless answer :P, Balanced not nerfed XD! As for the life regen rune effect every # heal took a hit in the patch, all the monks heals, the barb one, I don't recall many others... Ones like wd pet healing 50% of damage stayed the same, some that regained 2% life were nerfed to like 1% and such. The way I like to look at it is there was too little danger!
Yeah, it was about time the Barb has seen some nerfing balancing. I don't think they've done much in recent patches for us, while other classes have gotten at least a few adjustments.
im still going to use it! regen is gonna be a big part of my survival.
and i believe that 20% more armor it quite powerful endgame (same whit the +30% damage, i'm going to use that as well)
will do a good few % damage reduction, the more the better for melee (especially as i'm one of those that jump straight into things without thinking xD
every ability got nerfed hard in patch 15ish. But keep in mind Barb and Monk recently got the -30% all damage buff so their toughness might even be higher now.
I won't be using this skill unless the STR > Armor conversion on gear is absolute crap and I'm getting eaten alive. I'm really hoping we don't get forced into mandatory sword n' board tanking setups.

I'd totally use balanced as well. Nerfed, over the last few years in gaming has come to mean more of "unnecessary lowering of stats on said ability" or just "horribly underwhelming said ability".
With that in mind, 40% runed sounds about perfect. Maybe even slightly lower? Not sure. Will have to see endgame to figure these things. I'm sure Blizz would follow the same example and continue tuning as the game progresses post-launch.
