Unforgiving passive is utter shizzle, this is with the need of fury even. Weapon master combined with ruthless goes well together with into the fray.
However, I do not like thrive on chaos since the amount of fury you need to get more than 5 seconds is just insane. Your build would have to be more thrive on chaos oriented for that. So, I would say, change thrive on chaos to slaughter or insanity. Let it be what it intended to be, a damage on use ability with a long cool down.
Obviously, into the fray should also be changed. I do think that bloodshed and frenzy will be an awesome combo.
I do wonder what the reason behind demoralize is. either way, I would suggest intimidate. The aoe snare will be your only way to control the fight. I, myself will be going with terrify but that is because I won't be using wrath of the berserker. Other than that, making these changes will turn it into what I'll be using.
This build has one major drawback: there is no damage dealing fury spender.
As I've already said but this is why I hate the current thrive on chaos. If you make the changes like I've mentioned, it no longer generate large amount of fury for nothing.
Switching out threatening shout seems like an awful idea to me. I do think that nerves of steel, revenge and threatening shout will be our key abilities in inferno.
If we put it this way, with threatening shout, you can now put more stats towards your offensive that will boost your overall damage a lot rather than gearing yourself into a tank trying to get close to 50% damage reduction. You will lose the option of using a fury spender but I doubt you will have time using it inbetween revenge and overpower.
First of all before arguing, ask yourselves what this builds purpose is. But this build seems overall good as a PVP and PVE build. Demo shout is really good in any ways; Crimson or golden for PVE, Obsidian for farming, Indigo for PVP. Fury generator also depends a lot on your role. Revenge is really good vs meele and godly vs trash but is'nt much help versus range. Overpower is average vs all. For WOTB Thrive on chaos, maybe this can be good but so much depends on mechanics involving rage generation.
WOTB could be easily replaced by some options depending whtever your goal is. If you wan't to farm, use HOTA golden. If you want to pvp, use sprint, rend, WW or throw.
I think your build is alright but you really need a fury spender skill. All your attacks do 100%, 150%, 150% weapon damage wich is really small. Thats because those skills are "extras" they cost no fury.
I would remove Revenge (even throuhg thats my fav barb skill) and put in HotA, Seismic Slam, Whirlwind, Rend or even Weapon Throw.

"In time the hissing of her sanity
Faded out her voice and soiled her name
And like marked pages in a diary
Everything seemed clean that is unstained
The incoherent talk of ordinary days
Why would we really need to live?
Decide what is clear and what's within a haze
What you should take and what to give" - Opeth
