This build is modeled after the process used to attain a nuclear explosion. Its purpose is to acheive the most damage possible in the smallest time frame possible:
There are 3 energy levels, or "steps"
Each subsequent energy level is more powerful than the last, but harder to reach
Each subsequent energy level uses the momentum of the previous energy level to reach the next energy level
Stage 1: Start off your encounter unleashing the two most Fury-Generating moves in the game, accumulating (conservatively) ~90 Fury at the onset of the battle.
Stage 2: Now that you've gained a workable pool of Fury, use it to activate your Fury-Specced Battle Rage, (Dual Weilding) Whirlwind, and when available "Overpower". This combination will result in a massive amount of Hits, Crits, and +7 Fury's. Your crit rate, damage, and Fury generation will now be Primed for Stage 3.
Stage 3: Critical Mass: Unload as many Seismic Slams as you can. Seismic slam MIGHT refresh overpower and your fury on its own. Regardless, you can use skills from the previous energy level to replenish your fissile materials at any time. Repeat as necessary until Japan surrenders.
You can place whatever runestone you like into Seismic Slam. Whatever you feel will maximize carnage. You can swap out one of your passives for Weapon Master, which will increase your fury gain. You can socket your whirlwind with EITHER a golden or indigo runestone to further aid fury generation at the cost of life leech.
It has a waaay slower build-up of fury than your build, so it might not be an H-bomb build at all:p All the spells are used to increase the usefulness of whirlwind, so this might be a whirlwind build.
Action sequence: War Cry (Fury, hp regen) -> Battle Rage (for crit % + fury on crit) -> Leap attack (to engage and stun) -> Frenzy (to land the first crit as quickly as possible, so that you can use overpower earlier) -> Overpower (to get the extra crit %) -> Whirlwind (self-heal + carnage)
Passives: Ruthless and Weapons Master for crit %. Inspiring presence can be switched to something else I guess. Bloodthirst? Animosity? Unforgiving?
This looks like a powerful suicide attack if you ask me. Great for a quick damage KO build in PVP maybe, but not in the depths of hell of inferno...You need to think about how you will be able to take on lots of damage as a close ranged fighter. But it does look like a fun build for pvp if you wanna get a quick kill hehe.
I definitely like the flavor of this build. The concept of building up energy like a bomb in a staged progression fits the barbarian's fury style really well.
My only critique is that the third stage doesn't feel all that bomb like. Seismic Slam is an awesome ability, but you could just start spamming it after phase 1, since all you really need is a large fury pool. I guess I don't see how the second phase gets you closer to doing phase 3, since you'll be spending fury on whirlwind, not saving it for SS spam. If your goal is to hit Seismic Slam as many times as possible, you'd just use phase 1 and 3. Or at least skip Whirlwind for a generator.

The cooldowns on the fury generators will prevent this. If you just Charge and then Stomp, and blow all your fury on 4 Slams, you will be standing around doing nothing while the cooldown ticks. That's where WW comes in.
Yeah, I understand that. But Whirlwind doesn't help you get to stage 3 is what I'm saying. Frenzy would get you to stage 3 faster because you'd have more attacks for more crits and it generates fury.
If the idea is that each stage builds to the next one, I just don't see how stage 2 accomplishes that with Whirlwind. Is the idea that you'd get enough crits from hitting multiple targets with Whirlwind that it would overcome the cost? I suppose that could be true.
I also might consider a golden Weapon Throw a more appropriate skill for the bomb concept. If stage 2 is designed to max out your Fury, Golden Weapon Throw with Animosity and No Escape Passives will do 2220% weapon damage to all enemies in a 22 yard radius. BOOM!
my FAvorit build. its not a super heavy crit build but lets just say it keeps going
the build focuses around keeping wrath of the bezerker up at all times. hammer of the ancients is your rage dumb while frenzy or cleave builds rage and for every 9 fury points 1 second is added to wrath. good for boss bashing

Really interesting build:) Might be annoying of me, but I tried to create my own version of this:
