Ok, after all of that I guess I can do a rundown of what I am aiming to do here. The build is focused around Hammer of the Ancients with the Golden Runestone in it to drop treasure. I am unsure if it means when the monsters die, or if they drop treasure as soon as the crit happens. In general, this is a crit build. The only fury spender I have is Hammer of the Ancients so I don't feel too bad about not having a spamable fury generator. I am hoping the monsters will be dead by the time I get through my rotation. If nothing else, with all the crit and extra damage, I am sure my Ancient Spear will start to go on no CD several times allowing me to build more fury.
The one thing that kinda bothers me with this whole idea though is the contradicting nature of having a completely end game build here, as in all the final items, but a skill setup focused around finding items, that I seemingly wont really need anymore. I assume once I get completely decked out and end game though, I can convert Hammer of the Ancients into something more damaging or just rearrange my skills in some way so that it still takes advantage of the gear I have.
I was just curious if anyone had any advice for tweaks or changes. Maybe even a rework. I really like the idea of Indigo Rune in the Ancient Spear. It makes me think of Hellraiser. And it would be amazing if I could get damage up high enough to spam it.
I had also thought of going the Frenzy + Wrath of the Berserker but I fear the single target nature of it. Most of the high end damage dealers are single target and that scares me a little. If I were to build for Frenzy and WotB though, I would go with dual wielding Bul-Kathos's Children. That way the weapon master gives me another fury per attack to keep WotB going forever. Maybe if I did that I could add in Whirlwind as an AOE damage dealer and it would be a fine escape (allowing me to get to the outskirts of the mobs instead of in the center). Thoughts on that?
I'm curious if Overpower crits can proc itself. If you have a 50% crit chance, you'll almost certainly get a crit if you're standing near a bunch of enemies. Then you can just chain them until everything is dead.
You still have to use overpower whenever it turns on. You can have Overpower become active and not use it. That still doesn't answer the question of whether it can crit or not or if it can activate itself.
I do like the way you talk up overpower though. It makes me feel a little safer with going single target as primary attacks. There was another thread that also brought me back to "reality" in that there really aren't going to be that many monsters in the game that are so powerful that you need to have super AOE all the time. Generic AOE will probably be enough to handle the trash masses while the frenzy and whatnot can handle the champions and other boss type monsters. Even if there are 4 or 5 on the screen at once, single targeting through them wont be that bad.
Given that, I think I will go something closer to your build. I may switch up some stuff here and there, and possibly look over the gear and tweak some.

Thank you for your help.
In other words, you have to hit the button to get the strike. So I'm wondering if you can chain procs together or not.
