Hell, I dont see the problem in any of them. I mean, personally the Beserker tree and the Juggernaut tree seem to appeal to me more than the Battlemaster tree, but its still a playable tree.
I can't decide on them yet.. haha. See, what I have envisioned is this Barbarian warrior just dominating monsters all over the screen, and I can see all of the skill trees helping with that.
BattleMaster helps with critical hits, Beserker helps with faster attacking and speed, and Juggernaut looks to be more area of effect.
I think some skills in combination would be awesome. I'll have to go and plan out which skills would go together now..

I don't think this skill tree is very good or balanced. The crit rate increase is way to high for certain buffs, and they last too long. Just look at the tier 1 skill battle rage: increase crit chance by 45% and increase damage by 56% for 27 seconds??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? Not to mention that there are other skills that this skill can stack with...
And why is there threatening shout and taunt? they are pretty much the same thing! Except threatening shout reduces 90% damage and lasts alot longer...
I don't think these skills represent what the finals skills will be at all.
Maybe the concept of the skill will remain, but the effect will be changed drastically.

but i want to check on somthing, i enjoy 2hander sword + shield combo with whirlwind
and at first glance all of the skills i enjoy are in opisite trees and ranged through all the tiers,
Im thinking blizzard are forceing a choice between my three favorite things about the barbarian
ie, maxed 2 handed weap. spec. is costly
so i cant get both WW and the defence skills to make sheilds worth holding..
is this correct to asume or am i missing a big part of this?
atlease looking at it im stuck with waiting untill amlost maxed out to have more then on attack skill..
Wha? i think the answer is no, your just trippen, you realize how the new skill pool system works right? there are no longer "skill trees"
