Earthquake: the barbarians exerts an incredible force on the ground leaving a resonating quake that lasts for a duration with a large area of effect. It slows down surrounding enemies and they are more likely to miss their strikes.
Hurl: throw a lightweight enemy upward catapulting them into a chosen direction and deal damage to enemies surrounding its landpoint.
Stampede: sort of like paladin's charge, but deals damage to enemies in the barbarian's way. Also providing knockback so it creates a clear path.
I hope the Barb gets this skill:
Rupture - the Barb swings his weapon (like in Cleave) striking nearby enemies with such force that their bodies become ruptured, and bleed whenever they move. Deals damage based on distance that the monsters travel.
So the Barb could charge into a group of monsters, Rupture a couple of times, then leap out, and watch all the monster die as they try to come at him, lol.
Pro - good damage, Con - bad on zombies and other slow moving creatures
sounds kinda like Open Wounds. Which would be great if weapons or Barb skills had that regardless, considering it's always a chance anyway. Hitting something in the leg or neck and it's not "dead" but bleeding uncontrollably so it might as well be.
I like the idea of the Barb being more combat, less magic. Even in teh gameplay video they make a point of saying the barbarian uses brute strength to overcome his enemies.
the barbarian apparently uses everything but his sword to attack the enemies. the angry stomp, jump, slam don't seem so barbarian-ish.. compared to the whirlwind and cleave attacks. it is the barbarian man,... give his melee skills..
It would appear they are going more for the active skills being offensive and the passive skills being a lot of the warcry skills of the past.
There are plenty of skills that are flat out weapon attack mate-Frenzy, WW, Double strike, relentless attack, bash, cleave, crushing blow and such.
It would appear that battlemaster is more the war cryer whereas Juggernaut is heavy attack and berserker is oviously speed based type of attacks.
Looks cool. Can't wait to get a better idea of some of the skills. I just prey there isn't anything like a Hammerdin hidden in this game.

Take the stone and run!"
In the first gameplay thread, it shows the barb finding some set pieces. From the look of it, I would define the armor as heavy.
I can't imagine them not allowing the barb to use heavy. Personally I would imagine the class could use any armor.

So since the barbarian can use shield, does anyone know what his armor type is light - mid or can he even go heavy?
Boy this is not wow, conan, warhammer, lineage 2, etc...
All classes hear all kind of stuff. They just need the STR requeriments. But now we don't have those req, but i hope they don't come with those stupid armor classifications.
I want my WD plated ¬¬ Like my plated necro in D2.
Yeah, even the Witch Doctor has heavy armour. Different types of armour is the main way we will be able to customise our characters, they wouldn't limit us from doing that.
I definately agree that the Barbarian is going to be amazing compared to what it used to be, hat and online play is a major improvement to. I really like the grapgics engine they put in to, especially with the new blood effects and limb cutting
it was prolly war paint that got washed off / somone or something ripped the skin off his face , and he had laser corrective surgery.

Even if one takes every reefer madness allegation of the prohibitionists at face value, marijuana prohibition has done far more harm to far more people than marijuana ever could

This would be great.
This is the barbarian furious charge.
(Why they didn't got that much skills for the WD?)
I have no clue, I guess people were more excited about Wizard and Barbarian, and began to play the demo and forgot.

I didn't get at all the new skill tree, but checking the abilitys and reading about it i like them.
ps. sorry about my english, still learning
I think they made the barb look like he's tired of this shit. Which rocks.
I like the old-look the gave him, with the beard hahaha
