This is an improved version of the MAX DPS WW build that i've used a lot in the previous years. It works 3x better now with reworked Skull Grasp ring and legendary gems. Pretty much solid for both solo and group t10 play. Also capable for speeding lower grifts of cause without much brain usage. For higher grifts Whirlwind build still lacks both DPS and damage reduction, unfortunately. Above 70 it's really problematical to survive, so it fails in comparison ro Raekor/IK build. But as for T10/GR45 like i said it's extremely effective, and what i like the most = it's super lazy. Yeahhh... Lazyyyyyyyy. Spin2Win.
This build is maximized for damage and effectiveness!
My current setup is with focus / restraint witch charge as activator and movement boost. A bit more work but more consistent than playing with CoE
i would go as far to say that COE is counter productive. You want consistency. You don't want to wait for a full cycle so you can overkill mobs. so 75% of the time you don't have a boost in dps and 25% you have too big of a boost. Even if you insist on keeping RORG, I would recommend to change COE for SOJ. But really i d say focus / restraint is the better choice.
Isn't RORG too big a price to pay for either of pants or shoulders?
I'd say a solid SOJ would compete , especially for those who don't yet have the cubed furnace.
I tested pretty much everything and no, not too big price. I tested SOJ, but let's see what SOJ is... 20% elemental damage and 30% elite damage at max. And it's additive. So if you already have 20% elemntal damage AND let's say 50% elite damage from furnace... it will be just added to that. Mantle of Channeling is 25% multiplier for all dps. It's just better. Also SOJ has less sheet dps buff (you will only have 50% CHD or 6% chc or str and that's it), while with RORG you may have str, attack speed and CHD/CHC.

Focus Restraint you have to charge, yes. And i absolutely wanted to get rid of that and have an extra movement skill without dps loss.
Charging was good when we had no Mantle of Channeling, so there was no way to compensate the dps loss. But it works really good without charging.
SOJ is worse than COE overall. It is decent, but just not as good.
I agree with your argument for charge. It is a bit tedious to charge indeed. So for maximum laziness, which I also appreciate, it is better not to. However, I would still go for SOJ over CoE for speed rifting. Reason: with COE you do (way more) dmg 25% of the time and do a bit less 75%.
when COe is down, you will not wait for it to be active again. So basically you need to one shot everything when COE is down. If you can clear the content with COE down then you will clear it faster with SOJ instead. Of course COE is a better dps boost in a higher difficulty but that is beyond the point here. Also, if you don't have a decent SOJ, then I suppose Coe works.
similar arguments works agains RORG. I would argue that the dps increase of SOJ is bigger than RORG of you don't have furnace
if dps permits I would also switch Coe for the pickup ring.
I absolutely hate charging in WW builds. It spoils the feeling of lazyness. If you like charging and want more DPS then just go full raekors, it's even more dps and fast as well. One shots everything. Charging is just not the case in this build. It's all about spinning endlessly.
generator is a complete waste of a skill slot here. And waste of a speed. Overall F+R combo is completely outdated. There's enough dps and speed to kill everything with just Skull Grasp and maximum dps boosting skills/gems.

Hey man. I've made the simulation and like i thought COE indeed wins.

I like the build.
I find it better to cube the shoulders as the dmg. increase on them may vary and wear the Hexing pants as on them the dmg. increas is fixed.
I never have fury problems with weapon master, so I changed unforgiving m to brawl.
