This is my current barbarian , currently wondering a few thing, first is what should I Gambles first to improve this lil barb, Second is, is there anything (on any piece) you'd reroll to anything else and why? Spec seems to be decent, but is there any passive you'd change to something better?
and last but not least, my IKBB sure ain't perfect but not too bad either, currently untoucher but have 2 gift sleeping in my bank, would you reroll the socket to 10% damage on it and then gift it or wait for a better one to drop? (my luck is VERY low)
I would roll the armor from boots in movement speed (12%). This would give you 24 paragon points to put in str=120str and armor. Effective loosing 280 armor (you got plenty on str classes) for more damage.
10% damage on your weapon is 10% pure damage. Since you have 2 gifts, I would consider it. If you do, roll off socket, add gift and keep rolling. This way you don't see the socket roll popping up, increasing chance for damage roll.
Drop the kredes flame for a ring that does something. The convention ring for example is a lot better, and I feel it drops a lot.
Craft ancient bracers, easiest slot to get ancient.
You shouldn't need that much life regen on your skills, since you have life per fury spend on weapon. Change the WW rune to the one that regens fury. That really helps keeping your fury up. After that, you can add bloodshed on battle rage, increasing your damage a lot, and you don't need the globes for fury.
Also drop unforgiving passive for rampage: unless you do high grifts, it's always at 25 stacks, effective 25% armor and damage, so more damage mitigation and, because mobs die faster, less incoming damage because they have less time.
The you can test how your fury regen and survivability is, and play around with superstition. Nerves of steel will save you from spike damage from time to time, ruthless or berserker rage (if you keep up fury) for more damage.
Try to play alone with this build. Even in groups, run away from everyone. Once things die, your ancients don't deal regen fury, and you will have problems. In groups, barbs often ignore elites, and leave them for the dh/wiz. You can also drop rend for sprint-marathon in that case, as you will kill white mobs behind you anyway, more speed is more efficiency.
I have krede's flame mainly because ... well it's the best ring I have atm sure i have s skull grasp in bank but from what i can hear, skull graps is complete crap :\ I have all these healing mainly because whenever i start going over GR 35, my life start to drop extremely fast and since I have 0 LPS, the healing from WW is actually my biggest healer lol, for ancient bracr, I have an ancient lighning damage in bank, along with an ancient cold one, might give the lightning rune a try with these ancient bracer aswell
I wouldn't put 12% movement speed on your boots, because you can have 15% whirlwind damage which is more valuable than the strength you gain from Paragon points. The 15% damage does effect the Dust Devils from the 6piece set bonus. Also, in GR as mentioned Life per Fury is quite weak, where as Blood Funnel will instantly heal you to full as you pass through a large pack of mobs, meaning that it provides insanely higher healing while clearing the rift.
The lightning rune is nice for T6 clearing and I use it for that as Fury can be low, but I don't think it's viable for GR where you need the healing and Fury is less of an issue anyway. The best Rend runes are Bloodbath, Bloodlust and the cold one (for 10% damage taken buff), and for clearing a Rift the Bloodbath rune is king due to how much spread damage it does once it triggers on a large pack, so it doesnt make much sense to switch to a Lightning build where you would lose both damage and healing, just for some extra Fury.
You gain Fury from damage taken, so you will be swimming in it during Higher GR anyway for 90% of the time you can even benefit from Berserker Rage without needing the Lightning rune..
