I would take three points from warmth and put it in static field, telekinesis and teleport at the very least. Otherwise it's quite similar to build I'm currently using when I occasionally play. Haven't really gotten that far with her yet though.
PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.

I suck at teleporting, so therefore will not be teleporting.
It's just really handy to have though. And two points less in warmth? It's simply nothing; if you just get a little +skill gear you won't ever notice the difference (since Warmth suffers from diminishing returns from each point), while just having teleport could be useful. But it's your choice.

More then one point in warmth is a waste =/
Also 20 in cold mastery is a waste if you will have +12 to cold skills/all skills (cause past 32 it's effectiveness partially vanishs cause monster can't have more then -100% cold resistance) in the future. I usually use 10 points in cold mastery and the rest on synergies.
And, imo, a meteorb variation beat this build in every single way. Metero > firebolt since firebolts is easilly replaced by fireball and meteor will allows a extremely fast kills (even though some people likes to use firebolt high max fcr bp).
I just want to make sure if this build is viable. It is a Fireball and Frozen Orb combination.

you seriously need to look at the numbers, factor in poison daggers limitations, and reconsider.
what do you care of this sorc build is "viable" ? its about 20X more competent than a poison dagger necro, especially if you spend a point on static field.

oh, and dont be afraid to use 3 skill trees, 1 point in static field wont hurt.
a good staff is the runeword memory, but id advise not to use staffs because you wont have a shield that can give bonuses and defense.
