PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.
Supporting big shoulderpads and flashy armor since 2004.
*nods*
It's possible, little hard though.
I did it a while back when I was without internet, took me quite a few runs to get up to snuff though.
I also used the /players 8 command. In case you don't know about it, it's a single-player only command that allows you to set the number of players in game.
I'd seriously recommend you get yourself a shared stash program, or better yet, Eastern Sun.

Aw, man you can do ubers with such less stuff.
My fury druid has...
Helm - Cerebus bite (almost perfect, socketed with an Um)
Armor - Duress Hellforge Plate
Weapon - Reaper's Toll
Shield - None (2 handed weapon)
Switch - Bonehew (almost perfect, with 2 amn runes)
Belt - Dungo's
Gloves - Crafted gloves, had 20 IAS, some life leech, and crushing blow
Boots - Gore Riders
Rings - Natures peace and BK
Amulet - Highlord's Wrath
Torch, Anni, and some life charms.
Now, this equipment loadout will have a really hard time with ubers unless you use Feral Rage as well for the life leech, but it is possible, with luck however.
Keyruns and Organ runs however, this loadout/build will rip right through em ^^.
Not single player, though, just replying to Thasador :D.
But about single player, a Reaper's Toll thresher is probably one of the better, more attainable weapons you can get. They're fucking fantastic if you socket it with a shael.

Haha, good luck man ^^.
Btw, where are you putting your skills ?
I actually made a guide for werewolf druids for the wiki, check it out.
I still need to do work on it though... it's fairly incomplete :(.
The basics are written down though :D.

can I get a link? So far I have fury maxed, Lycan at 17, werewolf at 12, feral rage 12'sh, a few in rabies for some unknown reason like 2 or 3 along with 1 stupid point in vine (he actually is a good distract for me so it helps TBO) 1 in oak and a couple in wolverine. I use the Merc from act 2 that slows enemies my brain is shot from work today. Uh, current level 60 I know there are some un accounted for points but you get the idea.
I'd recommend maxing werewolf, lycan, fury, and heart of wolverine.
Feral rage probably has enough in it by now to be good, keep it on your left click, and put fury on your right click.
And also, put a couple into spirit bear if possible, it makes a MUCH better distract. With just a few points, he has around 2k health, and can dish out a fair amount of punishment.
The merc you've got is one of the best ones to use, good choice.

I had a level 90 Druid that had finished Single Player Hell mode. But that was years ago, like patch 1.08 or 1.09.
Primarily used Fire claws, Maul, Shockwave, and minions.

-Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is alchemy's First Law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only, truth.

And no, I haven't. In fact, I don't think I've ever beaten Normal with a druid. Maybe Mephisto, but that's pushing it. Maybe a future project?
