Are there any mods out there that like allow you to buy the any gear in the game and let u test builds offline before you try making it on bnet?. I use Hero Editor sometimes but it would be a lot more convenient if there was a mod that made this easier :P...

You can download gear from files at some sites (real gear)- I think newd2event.net *might* have something like that somewhere.
