Traded away some stuff for the necessary runes, and Monarch.
Checked Arreat Summit just to be sure im doing it correctly, Yep, TalThulOrtAmn.
Socketed all four in the correct order (being extra careful).

I dont understand what went wrong? I HAVE a Spirit Monarch on another char, so I know it can be made on a Monarch.
