basically i want a new starting build (something other than a sorc that is not item dependent, tho if it is a sorc i would like it to be a abstract build , something new) I thought about barbs and pallys but i just dont know where to start....been 8 months since ive playd d2 lod....i dont remeber much and have no friends to help equip any of my characters...(meaning dont present me with a item dependent character build)
I've always had success in playing Paladins from scratch. If you've never tried it, I'd suggest a Zealadin. They're not too item dependant and will hold their own extremely well until physical immunes start popping up in late Hell.
In fact, the only two characters I've ever comleted the game with without giving them gear have been the Sorc and the Pala. But that might also be because of the fact that they are my two favorite classes
PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.
Supporting big shoulderpads and flashy armor since 2004.
Hrmm.. Well, i had a build for a sorc where i just put 5 energy, blasted the rest of my stats into Vit and strength.. By the time i got to hell baal, i was tanking baal
Edit: Oh yeah, it may be tough at the beginning since you have low energy
