Hey guys. I'm sorry none of these suggestions have been implemented yet, but I've been away all week performing a play. Our last night is this coming Sunday, so at that point I will be able to return to relative activity.
I have solved HALF the bot issue - making it so that new bots can't post links. Unfortunately, nobody out there has made any hacks to remove the option of posting images by usergroup and Vbulletin (which is quickly becoming the bane of my existence) has just ignored the spambot problem and never worked out there own way to limit BBcode use.
The best I could do would be to remove BBcode for all users entirely - which would really suck.
If I get some help from Umaro I may be able to solve this problem, but quite likely not.

I have one more suggestion. Since Currently old Threads still stay open and are sometimes digged up again and such, I suggest a little fix that inactive Threads close after like 2 weeks or so of inactivness. I've seen that in another Forum I am in and it works nicely. Keeps everything a little cleaner.
I disagree. Say, a rumor was created about a diablo movie in the works in 2007. Nothing comes from it for a year, but in 2009 we find out that the movie is infact being made. might as well use taht thread.
And even if it was implemented, 2 weeks is way to little a time to work correctly without the same thread being spammed over the course of a year.
My issue with a digg button is that if I can get one implemented, you just know every moron who thinks he's 'figured out' Blizzard and their plans for D3 is going to digg his own threads and it's gonna get ridiculous.
And be honest. When a rumor is being reannounced, I am sure you'll find someone here that for sure will create at least one or more new Threads about that rumor
That is because they don't use the search function. Many of the dupelicate threads are infact not made months or years after the original, but days, sometimes mere hours.
You are allowed to revive a thread with new information, so long as it is actually new. If the last reply in a thread was April 08, and Blizzard announced something on that topic in June say the indiffinitely postpone something, or they bring out a huge update of info for WOTLK, you can revive that topic.

Okay, when I send a PM, it get's sent fine, but above the box that says "Your PM has been sent" it says this:
Warning: fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Temporary failure in name resolution in /includes/class_mail.php on line 604
Warning: fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: unable to connect to diablo3.com:25 (Unknown error) in /includes/class_mail.php on line 604

Are you using Speedvision? AFAIK it uses diablo3.com link and now d3 is getting DNS instead of linking to diablofans.
I don't think that error message is speedvision specific, I had it happen a few minutes ago on Carbonfibre.

Fix my admin rights so I can impliment user titles/ranks properly, (it one of the few things I actually do around here)
or have someone who has the full rights to impliment the titles/ranks do it. I really don't know why I can make a title, but not properly impliment it.
(You thing I implimented the word impliment into this post enough times? Impliement, one more time for good measure.)

Give, expecting nothing thereof. ------------ BoD - Come have some fun! Folks will always come and go, so enjoy them while they're meant to be in your life.
Take out "DiabloFans" and "Forum" in DiabloFans Roleplaying Forum. This is similiar silliness to DiabloFans.com Homepage. We know it's DiabloFans.com and we know it's a page. We know it's Diablofans.com and we know it's a forum. And it makes it look ugly
Why do that to one forum and not the rest? Name it "Roleplaying" please
EDIT: Also, the description of the Roelplaying looks ugly. "DFans" looks ugly, sorry no offense ment, but don't worry about that. What annoys me is small though - all the recent descriptions don't have periods vs. the older ones that do. Sorry if me pointing out little things annoys you, it's just, little things annoy me sorry.
EDIT2: Get rid of the Polls & Surveys forum. Seriously. If someone wants to do a poll they do it in the correct forum it should be under, whether it's a political poll or a Diablo poll. No one uses that forum basically, it's pointless. :/ This would also be nice to shorten the length of the forum selection page.

We can take them down, often we don't as sometimes a topic can be revived should new information arrive.

Nice job on the .... diversification of the forum sections
Now we just have to hope that people put their threads in the right sections
Edit- 40. (I think its 40 anyway).
I know how theres already B-Net and Realm in the Profile now, but only the B-net part shows under the avatar. Is it possible to get the Realm to show under the Avatar too?
Or it could display itself similar to my B-Net account. With the @ Realm part after

I second this. It's safe to assume that a good potion of active members here play on USWest, but a few of us do play on USEast. It may help, in some small part, to avoid confusion or whatever (though it's just as easy to click on someone's profile and get the same results, but meh).
Also, I have an itty bitty, teeny tiny request/suggestion regarding the descriptions for News/Announcements and Polls/Surveys sections.
Would it be possible to correct the spelling of the word "approved?" I apologize if it's been brought up before, and I swear I'm not a Grammar Nazi or an officer of the Internet Grammar Police Department (I think of myself more as a Grammarville mall cop).

Er, I think our clan SICK should be going for a more unified future instead of having more options to separate from each other. We are supposed to be getting ready to be the ultimate Diablo III clan so we should be playing on the same server then, so I don't really see a point in adding another line of text under the avatar just for a few people that aren't team players.

Recreate the pictures under post number in the persons information bar thing?. (like the AIM icon, MSN, and that distinguished road thing) I'm sure it's on your book of to do things, Jetrall, but just in case you forget I thought I might as well post it.
