It's all in the title, when I try to edit a topic title i nthe Diablo 3 forum, it doesn't change in the thread list. Somehow, it works in the suggestion forum so I can't really show you...
That's because normal users do not have the ability to completely change topic titles. This is to avoid the confusion which can easily form when people are changing their topic titles all the time. If you want it changed, politely ask a Mod or an Admin to change it.
